Fantastic experience! Bill was professional and kept the trip engaging. I loved that he treated his team with respect as he worked with them. He kept us laughing with his jokes and stories to keep the experience fun. You can tell he loves what he does. Highly recommend everyone tries this. I also did the video and photos with his photographer, Wesley which I am super excited to see.

I am really glad that I got the chance to go on a hot air balloon ride. This was my first time and I definitely would recommend. It's nothing like seeing the sunrise and the beautiful scenery.

Excellent experience! Very peaceful! Bill gave a little history and background while telling a few jokes as we gracefully glided through the air. It was spectacular and the mimosas after was a nice touch!

Fantastic adventure! Always wanted to do this a Grape Escape did not disappoint! Our pilot was funny and full of information. Always willing to snap a photo for his guests!

There were so many hot air balloon companies to choose from, but the kind and informative woman who answered the phone at Grape Escape convinced me this was the company to go with. She was right. The beautifully decorated Christmas lights made the winery where we met easy to find. The staff was outside to greet us as we pulled up. They were welcoming and directed us to the meeting room so we could get all the paperwork and payment out of the way, then we waited for further instruction. I was concerned when I saw how windy it was when we were parking, I knew if it was too windy we couldn't go up. The staff did their best to make sure we could experience a hot air balloon ride. They drove us to different sites, conferring with each other, checking the wind and the direction it was moving. Our safety was the most important thing and it showed. After about thirty minutes, they found the perfect site. We watched them take the balloons off the trailers and prepare them for take-off. Once we got onboard, the staff offered to take pictures of our group. Our driver, Bill, was also our pilot. Bill was great. He's got tons of dad jokes, personable, knowledgeable. During the flight, he was willing to take pictures and answer any questions. Bill was simply the best. After the flight, we went back to our meeting spot and learned about the history of hot air balloons, had a group toast and then it was time to go. I would highly recommend Grape Escape Balloon Adventures. My kids and I really enjoyed our flight and the one and a half drive to Temecula at 4:30AM was well worth it. And the amazing Bill deserves a raise. :) Thank you for a great flight, Grape Escape!
