Kemeri great bog boardwalk is a perfect choice if you wish to escape the city fuss and recharge your batteries by nature.
You will be taken Kemeri National Park - the 3rd largest national park in Latvia! Here you will have time to enjoy ~3,7km long walk on a nicely made wooden path in the great bog. There is also a shorter path which is about 1,5km long but the long route includes a viewing platform which allows you to see further and truly appreciate this amazing territory!
Clear weather or a cloudy eve, this is definitely a beautiful site to visit if you're a nature lover.
On the way to the bog, we'll drive through Jurmala! Latvias 5th largest city - our beach resort, famous for it's diverse architecture. Here you'll have a quick photo stop on at the beach as well!

5.00Really nice and eventful tour. Our host showed us a lot on the way and on site, which was really interesting. Since we were only 2 people + host, it was actually almost a private tour, quite great.

5.00To be honest, I was unlucky with the weather conditions. Fortunately, it was the only thing that went wrong. The communication with Krista was always very good, and there was a real effort to provide the best experience possible. The visit itself was conducted by Viesturs, who was an excellent guide, friendly, communicative and attentive. For those who love nature, the Kemeri National Park is worth visiting, and Jurmala beach is also worth visiting (with more time, it is worth visiting separately to take some dives, since it is easily accessible by transport, unlike the Park). Excellent quality/price ratio!
What a fabulous visit to the town of Jurmila and the bog walk!

5.00Krista was one of the best guides I have had in this trip. She went out of the way to go more than planned parts of Jurmila town to show us the architecture of the beautiful houses there. She was very friendly sharing the history of the country. The Bog walk was incredible. We decided to go early to make it back early since the sunset was after 10:30pm. So we didn’t stay for the sunset. Nevertheless it was a fabulous visit to Kemeri National park.

5.00Fantastic trip out really worth going to see this park it’s beautiful and so so quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend. Our guide was even kind enough to provide some mosquito repellent spray as there were lots of them on the walk but it did not affect our trip it’s just part of nature. Fantastic trip :)

5.00Sunset tour at Kemeri was a delightful experience, great tour guide with personality. The walk was a bit more challenging than expected, come prepared for a 2 hr hike. Views were stunning! Enjoyed the stop in Jurmala and hearing the history and current housing situation
