Throughout summer Devils@Cradle offers small groups of guests the unique opportunity for an exclusive evening visit to the sanctuary, accompanied by sweet treats and drinks. Guests will get up-close, be given behind the scenes access, whilst enjoying some of our amazing Tasmanian produce. Wander through the sanctuary, which is located within an ancient Cradle Mountain rainforest, and have the opportunity to roast marshmallows and enjoy a dessert platter around a campfire at sunset, all to the sound of screaming Tasmanian devils.

Devils at Cradle
Throughout the warmer months Devils@Cradle will be offering a small number of guests the unique opportunity for an exclusive twilight visit to the sanctuary! Visitors will enjoy a personalised experience including a Tasmanian devil feeding session, behind the scenes look at our animal nursery, and some close encounters with some of our youngest residents. The experience concludes with drinks and Tasmanian sweet treats, all enjoyed around the campfire, as the sun sets over Cradle Mountain to the sound of Tasmanian devil’s in the alpine rainforest.

5.00Amazing experience with a super knowledgeable and caring team who are passionate in maintaining conservation + survival efforts of Tasmanian devils. Amazing experience learning and seeing Tasmanian devils in action. Especially great ;earning about further at-risk species (Quolls). Excellent experience which I would encourage anybody to take part in if they can.
Great tour - highly recommend for a more intimate, smaller group experience.

5.00It is far more than just seeing Tassie devils. The education we received was truly amazing. And our host was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. This is a must do activity for all whom visit Cradle Mountain.

5.00We really enjoyed our experience at Devils at Cradle and are so glad we booked in! It was educational, engaging and wonderful seeing the devils and quolls up close and active around dusk. We also loved the yummy treats provided and the time to slowly wander through the sanctuary and the chance to ask lots of questions. We highly recommend it!

5.00This tour was a definite highlight. Our guide was extremely professional, passionate and knowledgeable. The animals all loved her too, which speaks volumes to the care and attention they receive. This sanctuary overdelivers on every level. Highly recommend.

5.00An absolutely phenomenal evening experience, with delicious Tasmanian treats and wine followed by a night feeding tour of the facility. Our guide was very informative, and the Tasmanian Devils and Quolls were very active. The animals were all very happy and healthy. Their breeding program is incredibly important.
Amazing experience, definitely recommend.

5.00My husband and I chose to do the sunset experience. Our host was Zoey. Amazing is an understatement. What an experience patting a Tasmanian Devil. A beautiful way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

5.00We enjoyed the sunset experience and even patted a young devil! Our sanctuary guide was informative and gave us plenty of information and answered any questions we had. Seeing the devils and quolls after opening hours meant we could wander and look at leisure (within the time constraints). Definately a memorable experience.
