Fantastic experience. Loved riding the horses on the beach. Staff was amazing at taking picture and guiding the horse when needed. Love the fresh coconut water at the end.

Amazing, full hour up and down beach, beginners should feel comfortable. At the end, they brought us into the water for pictures. Entire staff was amazing - communicative starting the day before (pick up time) and really made everyone feel comfortable. Fabulous excursion, highly recommend.

Easy to book, easy to communicate, and a thrilling experience! A dream come true riding horses along the beach in such a gorgeous tropical place. I felt safe and cared for while riding and would 100% go again!

Everyone was very nice and so helpful. I am still very new to riding horses and was anxious but the guy stayed with me to help if I got scared. The trail leader was great and took pictures and video. As a horse lover, I would have liked more time with the horses but it’s a horse ride, not a horse grooming experience.

Great people who were incredibly accommodating. It was nice to meet the local hard working people. They treated us great and were very helpful being I don’t have much riding experience. They let my daughter ride at her own speed being she’s an experienced equestrian. They even found her a conch shell. The beach was beautiful even through there was just a hurricane the week prior.

From the first phone call I made, to the WhatsApp messages in between, and all the way up to the ride itself: customer service was on point. The staff were very eager to please, and were clearly interested in making sure we had a good time. If you communicate with them clearly and pleasantly, you will get the same courteous, respectful, and diligent customer service in return. I had originally booked a sunset tour for 3, including myself my wife and my son. Unfortunately my wife could not attend due to health reasons, and they were very understanding. They took care of it with aplomb. Our driver arrived on time, and after picking up another small group family, took us directly to our ride. The horses were tacked up and ready to go. Our guides were diligence with their attention, and let us control whether we would go in the water or not. My son was given a calm horse, as was the other young rider in our group. I told them in advance I had some experience, and they gave me a horse that matched my experience level. One of the other writers had trouble controlling his horse, and the staff were there to lead the horse as needed to keep control. Another staff member asked if I wanted him to take pictures and videos with my phone, and I appreciated it very much. It was a calm horseback riding session along the beach, and we all had a great time soaking in the scenery along the beach. No regrets, great experience, would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very serene and relaxing riding horses and listening to the waves at sunset. My guides were great. Made me feel comfortable and relax with my horse. I'd definitely do it again. I also love the fact that they provide transportation from your resort!

The sunset horseback riding was really nice. I just started to get concerned when one of the horses started spitting up/foaming at the mouth. And another kept grinding it's teeth. As if something were wrong with them. In the pictures, some of them look malnourished. Hopefully the horses were ok. Other than that, the host are friendly & the experience was nice.
