  Excellent tour into the magic of the desert. It was quite windy when we went so a few 4x4s were getting stuck in the sand but Abdul was an excellent driver and didn’t get stuck once. In fact while we sandboarded he went off and rescued a few of his colleagues. He suggested staying the night in one of the tents/huts (£60 per hut at the time of writing), which we didn’t realise was an option but I’m glad we decided to take him up on the offer as it was one of the highlights of the trip. Dinner was delicious for me (vegan) and my two meat eating friends. And in the evening scorpion spotting a 10 minute drive away (they live near grass so no risk near the tents/huts) and staring at the stars were magical moments.

  Our guide was the kindest and I did not expect such a drifting on the dunes!!! I wanted to do it over sunset and it was the best decision. It was nice to also gather with other people and locals invited us for volleyball after a nice traditional dinner. We felt so grateful for such a great experience.

  An unforgettable experience! I can highly recommend. The dune bashing was thrilling yet safe, with a very skilled and professional driver. Riding over the dunes was full of adrenaline and fun. Children enjoyed sandboarding. Watching the sunset in the desert was beautiful. The dinner was delicious, typical omani food. The service was excellent. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly.

  Me and my friend had a wonderful time. The guide was kind and a skilful driver. The camp was located near high sand dunes which were perfect for the sand boarding and watching the sunset. When we arrived at the camp there was Omani thee and coffee with biscuits and dates. After that we went sand boarding and we watched the sunset, then we had a traditional Omani dinner and finally we went to look for scorpions in the dark. It was a day to never forget. A special thanks to our guide for the hospitality and introducing us to the Omani dessert culture.

  Mohammed and his whole team gave us an absolutely magical moment in the desert. Between the walk, the beautiful sunset, dinner in the tent, everything was perfect. Even stuck in the sand below, they came to rescue us at 8:30 pm! Thanks again to the whole team. Leslie

  Beside the fact that Oman was an amazing place, and the people are something special that i never encountered before, Mohammed and his team were the cherry on the top (if there is another word for better then amazing than it would be it) i booked last minute and he kindly took care of us. He send his brother/friend Abdo to pick us up and we lived him, i was with two toddlers who still mention Abdo every day. He went down the hill with a ski board 100 times to please them, Mohhamed took us for dinner too even though i haven’t booked it previously. It’s a small camp so we sat with Mohammed and Abdo and a few other tourists and we felt like home. The vibe was amazing. 100000% recommend!

  Mohammed and his whole team made us spend a great time in the desert, walking, sunset, dinner in the tent, chatting around the fire... They welcome us all as if we were part of the family.

  The experience was magical. The camp has very high standards. The beds are very qualitative, and we enjoyed being in a small group of tourists (only 3 tents). Also the food was delicious !
