MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

5.00Fantastic experience! Take a towel per person and maybe a change of clothes. The water is cold and it’s physically challenging to hold on to the raft after some time. Jacob, Vince and Noah were knowledgeable, fun and professional. Highly recommend!

5.00I would definitely recommend this to anyone that enjoys marine life and being in the water. Well worth the money. Great captain and crew. Friendly and empathetic to peoples needs. Shooting across the ocean at night is something I will never forget. Seeing all the other tour boats in the same spot when we got there made it feel like a big happy party, which took away any anxiety I felt about the location or potential need for support. Having so many other people around in the water does not take away from the experience at all, your face is in the water staring down so half the time you don’t even know where you are. The pool noodles help keep your legs afloat which is important for the manta rays’ comfort (no kicking). They offer a wet suit jacket which at first I didn’t want to use, the water was so warm and shallow, but toward the end I was getting cold and tired just trying to stay straight so I was grateful I could keep that body heat and last the whole time. Not much could prepare us for the grand appearance of the manta rays. Most seemed content to stay a few feet below us but more than a couple repeatedly came so close, like within centimeters, I was totally speechless. You could see every detail of their magnificent selves. I don’t know if they were showing off or just super curious about us, an eighty legged floating creature with as many eyes. I wondered what they thought of us and how strange it must be to be a manta ray, or the pair of dolphins that cruised through the party before we got in the water. The 6:30 pm tour we were scheduled for ended up being combined with another time slot at 7:30 pm so we might have been in an unusually large group. I think the captain and crew handled it well and there was plenty of room on the boat, but it was a little uncomfortable being so close to other participants while on the rafts in the water. We were notified the night before so we were able to adjust.

2.00TAKE YOUR MOTION SICKNESSES PILL!!!!!!!! I don’t get sick normally BUT OMG bad. I’ll bet 85% of the people were sick on the ship. VERY nice crew very good ! The mantas were nice but most everyone wanted it to be done. The music was way too loud on the ship. I’m not an old man bitchy about music but my gosh!!!!!

5.00This was one of the most wonderful and amazing snorkeling trips I have ever taken anywhere in the world! It is something you have to try if you are on the Kona Coast. The boat has excellent facilities and the crew is awesome. They have non-swimmer options too if you are not comfortable or able to get in the water. It is a little bit strenuous just hanging onto the platform handles with the ocean swells but you will quickly get caught up in the magic!
