5.00Well-run, clean boat, polite and friendly captain, and great close-up views of sea lions, seals, sea otters, pelicans, and more. We also learned interesting things about the marina and its boats.

When we reached out for options, the response was shockingly unhelpful: "Your best bet is to dispute the charge with your bank." A little flexibility or goodwill could have saved the day—after all, bad weather happens. But instead of solutions, we were handed a hassle. The cruise itself might have been enjoyable, but the company’s indifference left us with a sour taste. Save your money (and your patience) for a business that actually values its customers. *Pro tip:*If you’re booking a weather-dependent experience, double-check the refund policy—because this company won’t have your back.
