Stand Up Paddle, SUP, or Kitesurfing are unique watersports activities providing fantastic experience in nature and creating memories for life. All body and mind is engaged and you will be able to indulge in the special world of watersports.

Upon agreeing about meeting place and time a standard entry level course takes 1,5 hours. Within such a course you will get a thorough introduction to Stand up Paddle surfing and through practice will become a rather independent SUPer. Kitesurfing is harder to learn and a normal course takes minimum 4-5 hours. Depending on your skills to learn kitesurfing it takes 4-10 hours. Our Kitefoil academy takes 2,5h as is only for advances kitesurfers. Wingsurf / wingfoil courses are made too. At the lake you can get your first hand experience. Next step will be in Esbjerg and or Hvide Sande.

5.00We were first-time SUPers and very much enjoyed this course. Michael, the instructor, is friendly and patient, explained everything really well, brought a lot of equipment which we could test and is fluent in several languages (German, English). The location is beautiful and idyllic, perfect for a first SUP experience. Highly recommended!!

5.00I took a private kitesurf session with Michael. He is a very genuine person and it’s fun to work with him. I couldn’t think about a better teacher. This was my first time kitesurfing and he adapted the speed of the course according to my needs and he was able to get me on the board. I can recommend him to everyone. I will definitely come back for another session to learn some more advanced techniques.

5.00I had so much fun during the course! Michał explained everything with very easy and understandable way. We had some games on water and he has showed me how to help to someone in the water if there is a need. I really do recommend SUP course and other activities.

5.00I have been learning to Wingfoil with Micheal last year, and I plan to get more lessons this year now that Spring is finally here! Micheal and the surf n fly team are really awesome to learn with. I had a great time learning to Wingfoil. Micheal has a lot of patience and is happy to sit in the cold and explain things to me over and over again, haha, all whilst being incredibly positive. Exactly what you need when trying to learn a difficult xtreme sport. I would highly recommend using the Surf n Fly team if you have dreams of learning a new watersport. I will definitely be using them again. Looking forward to another season!!!

5.00I came to Esbjerg to live and first time when I met Michael we had a good connection and after few months I started my kitesurfing course, and I will continue this year :D First of all he is a precise teacher and excellent and PASSIONATE in what he's doing but the most important thing is that we became friends! So I would like to thank him for teaching me but after all we will always be friends!

5.00Really good beginner course in SUP. Good instructor, who took into account everyone, both in terms of age and experience in SUP. We were 11 participants and there was good time and attention to everyone. Very useful intracursus with both techniques, maker rescue as well as information about the various equipment. Possibility to try several different boards. Good location with quiet water and good space on the water, despite many other swimming guests. Can definitely be recommended.

5.00Small shit weather at Nysø. But the instructor was Super positive and it became a great experience with SUP. We were only 3 participants but he gave us a super professional treatment anyway!
