  nothing memorable, the driving instructions were terrible, not correct, got lost several times, finally just bagged it and did our own thing.

  The app was a mess! The oral directions did not follow the locations on the map. We looked crazy U turning & slow driving. I had to end up putting each individual location in Maps to get there then the audio would chime in. I tried calling the company twice. Once the day before & the day of when we arrived at the location. There was NO ONE at the tour company on 4th St. You would do better talking to Park Rangers at the location for FREE. Save your money, I wasted ours.

  Very thorough and interesting exploration of Birmingham. We loved that we could take our time and linger at stops that particularly interested us such as the Southern Negro Baseball Museum, Vulcan Hill, and the Botanical Gardens. The finale at the Birmingham Church was emotional but inspiring. Highly recommended!

  This tour was user friendly and I am glad I took the tour. It gave me a greater appreciation of your beautiful city. Also the owner of the tour contacted me because I had a question and she also followed up to see how I enjoyed the tour at the end of the tour.   We were unable to figure out how to use the app, which was probably operator error, if I’m being honest. We were disappointed, but managed to visit a lot of highlights that Birmingham has to offer. However, the manager of the tour company called to apologize and said they would have been happy to have helped me in the souvenir shop. (I didn’t think to inquire in the shop, which is the starting point). She was very gracious and I was very impressed that she followed up. Great customer service!

  So glad I came across this wonderful tour! I enjoyed seeing some of Birmingham's historic sites and learning more about its role in the Civil Rights Movement. I highly recommend this tour - perfect for adults and youth.

  This is an extremely awesome and delightful tour that allows you to see so many Birmingham attractions as well as learn Birmingham history all in the comfort of your own vehicle. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone who thrives on tour autonomy or prefers to be COVID19 safe while touring
