  From pick-up to the end of the trip, everything went fine. The driver is friendly, timely, and knows the best routes to Bromo and Ijen. We can enjoy the views in peace without worrying about travel. Very satisfying experience!

  Of all the companies I sent a route request to, Bromo Ijen Tour Driver was the fastest to respond. Bintang detailed each response. Jointly made adjustments. On day X, at Surabaya railway station, Bram met us with a sign and began our three-day journey: Madakaripura Waterfall – Bromo – Ijen – Lovina. Bram immediately attracted him. He was very comfortable on the road: both as a driver and as a guide. Answered questions in detail, suggested, advised. We don't have much English, but we understood everything he told us. For the rest there was a translator 😁 I want to note the cleanliness and comfort of the car he drove us in and a special thanks for the music playlist on the road❤️ The first stop was Madakaripura Falls. I didn't know what the escort was for. In fact, we were driven on mopeds with the wind from the car park to the entrance (and back) and attached an Edi guide who suggested the best way to overcome difficulties. He also acted as a photographer. Excellent, it should be noted, as well knows the area and the best points for photography. Send our thanks to Edi) Our driver Bram was on Bromo as a guide. First, he drove us to the best spot for the dawn meeting, helped us take the good seats. After taking us to the foothills and before climbing, he took us beautiful pictures. A lot. Very))) Bram, thank you, we have for the first time gorgeous photos together from the trip!!! 😁❤️❤️😍 It was still smooth on the Ijen, although it was much harder to climb. They gave out masks, flashlights. True, the performance of the latter left much to be desired, but there was enough light from the people walking nearby) We were accompanied by Idam. Helped take blue fire photos, photos and videos of us together. Thank you! In addition to the volcano trip, a one-day Bali trip from Lovina to Jimbaran was arranged. Initially, there were concerns because the reviews I saw about the company were for Java. But Bintang assured me they were in vain) The driver was Ade. Showed us the waterfalls, the temple of Ulun Danu, the rice terraces of Jatilluvih and delivered safely to the hotel. At each stage the drivers made a report that tourists were picked up/dropped off at the agreed point. Literally brought to the hotel and handed over to the reception) I'm very happy that instead of travelling on our own, we chose Bromo Ijen Tour Driver, who took us by the hand through East Java, showing its incredible beauty, and escorted us to Bali.   We did a 3 days and 2 nights tour, we could not have found ourselves better. Bram, our guide and driver, was extremely kind, professional and considerate, thought of everything and arranged every detail to perfection. We could count on him for everything. Plus we had some great chats! Thank you for these days in Bram and Bintang, you helped make this trip unforgettable. I recommend anyone to rely on them!

  Offer the best service：like a good driver，and responsible guide，and comfortable hotel. Driver very well，friendly. Special thanks to the guide of ijen volcano, who gave a lot of help to my mother. Just bromo was a little disappointed because i can't pick JEEP colors，so sad. I will recommend my friends when they need .by the way，volcano really so cool，but in early morning ，little cold, suggest wearing long sleeves to see the sunrise.
