This tour is very good for travelers who have a short time of holiday in Indonesia. So, they have made everything a little bit rush but it’s worth it. Mount Bromo, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, and Ijen Crater are the 3 most amazing places that you will visit for 4 days 3 nights.

Important Information for all travellers who are going to book this trip: Every first Friday of the month, Mount Ijen is closed for one day. So, please make sure you check the date of your booking.

Announcement: Ijen Crater is now open as usual and safe to visit. However, due to natural conditions, the blue fire is temporarily not visible. Please remember to always follow safety guidelines during your visit.

Our Homestay Partner:: Ijen: Didus Homestay, Sawah Ijen Bromo: Gubug Ndeso Homestay, Kopikuin Tumpak Sewu: Yanto Anugrah Homestay or similar
Standard Budget Class: Staying at the local private homestay during the trip (all our homestay partners have private bathrooms and bedrooms)
Info of the car: We will use the car based on how many people will come with you, we have Toyota Innova, Toyota Hiace, & Daihatsu Xenia.
What time does the tour start?: The tour will start at 10 am if you stay in a hotel around Surabaya area, if you coming to Surabaya, we can adjust the time.

Pick-Up Details

2 hotel and 1 cottage: We will stay in a cottage/homestay such as Artha Cottage, Tumpak Sewu Cottage/Homestay or similar, because there is no hotel.
Madakaripura Waterfall : It’s not included yet but you can ask our guide about the possibility of visiting this waterfall and also the cost of it.
Standard Service: This is the standard trip with staying at 2 hotels (Mount Bromo and Ijen Crater area) and 1 homestay in Tumpak Sewu Waterfall
Duration: 4 days 1 hour: The duration of the trip will be 4 days long.
Lunch and dinner is not incl.: The trip only covers breakfast and the rest is on your own cost but during the trip we provide unlimited bottle of water.
Overland Trip from Surabaya : Sby-Bromo-Tumpak Sewu Waterfall-Ijen Crater- Bali
SUV : It depends, how many people in the group, we provide a comfy car with air conditioning.
Pick up time is adjustable.: We suggest at 9 am but if you come on the same day of the tour, we just adjust with your arrival time in Surabaya area.

4D3N Trip to Mount Bromo, Tempak Sewu and Ijen was amazing thanks to pur guide Yogi and driver Maman! Even though Ijen was closed Java Adventure Trails made the most out of our trip, would 100% recommend.

Very intensive and exciting tour. Every day, a highlight. You need to be somehow well shaped, to enjoy the hikes to the volcanoes. Our tour guide Dani was very attentive as well as the driver. We enjoyed each and every second! if you love the nature, you can choose the homestay option. Otherwise we would recommend the hotel alternative.

Everything was amazing. Our guide Feby and our driver Max were exceptional. Very attentive throughout the trip. Woke up very early in the morning to see the sunrises and avoid the large crowds. Worth it! Only recommendation is better hotel wifi at the first hotel night’s stay.

We had Yogi as our guide and Gufron as our driver. We had a great experience with them in East Java, everything was well planned and we have seen some amazing places, where we always wanted to go to. The hotels and homestay where really great and we liked the comfort, that everything was arranged by Java Adventure Trail. Yogi and Gufron made sure to get us at any destination on time and they fulfilled every wish we had. I would recommend this trip to everyone who wants to see the gems of East Java.
