i can pick you up at your hotel or airbnb and take you to the surfing beach where i going to have everything ready for the lesson, normally it takes 20, to 30 minutes depending where are you staying.

Booked a surf lesson with Julio for me and my family. We did have to message him the day before to see when we were going to meet, but he responded promptly. The five of us had all surfed once or twice over the past 10 years, but are definitely beginners. Julio started off by giving us easy to follow steps on getting up on the board, and had us practice on the beach. After 5 minutes we were in the water and Julio helped us read the waves and when to paddle/get up and gave us immediate feedback on why we got up or not and what to focus on next time. Now I feel like I can rent a board and just go out for an hour and be semi-proficient. Definitely would recommend Julio! I bet he would be great for even intermediate to good surfers, as he knew exactly how to read the waves and what to do.
Look no further than Julio-the best!

You wont find a better surf lesson than with Julio! He is a great teacher, super patient and encouraging. We met at the gas station, got boards and surf shirts then walked to the most perfect hidden beach. The lesson was just our group (2 kids- 16 & 18). Only wish I booked this for day one not last day as we would have booked again. Julio is great! Book with him if you have the chance!!

Julio was helpful and patient. He made it so I could remember what to do in the moment. We were successful in getting me up on the surfboard and Julio is a kind person who has a deep connection to the ocean like me 🌊

Julio is absolutely the best surfing instructor in Mexico! He's a super solid surfer in his own right and knows how to get beginners up on the waves, or teach an experienced surfer how to take it up a notch or two or three. Julio is a calm and thoughtful person who has the patience to get everyone surfing. We had two outings with Julio (Stinky's beach and La Lancha) and will absolutely seek him out on our next trip to the PV area. I can't think of a better way to spend a day! You will not be disappointed - you'll be back for more time with Julio. Julio es el mejor!

Julio is the best! We loved our trips with Julio, he is a very kind and knowledgeable person. He took us to amazing breaks and was very good at gauging my skill level so he knew exactly what I needed! He is also a blast to be around and I had fun the entire time! Whether it's your first time surfing or you're looking to grow and step it up a notch, go with Julio! You will have an incredible time!

I got connected to Julio through a trusted local, and I’m very glad I chose to go with him for a private lesson. I’d never surfed before, and I’m honestly a little scared of the ocean. But Julio was awesome — he made me feel comfortable and safe. He’s very friendly, accommodating, and a great teacher! I wish I could have taken multiple lessons from him while I was there, but I didn’t have enough time that trip. I hope to return soon where I will definitely take lessons with Julio again.

The surf session was amazing, I did very well with all his tips and retros he gave me! I made a breakthrough in my surfing. He is very objective and professional! He knows the area well and is a very good instructor, how plus the pictures he took of me were very good! It is difficult to be photographed when you surf but he is an expert and knew how to take the perfect picture at the perfect moment!
