Start your day with pickup from Hongik University Station or Myeongdong Station.

Travel to Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Korea’s most important historical treasures. Explore the only remaining walled fortress in Korea.

Next, head to Suwon Hwaseong Haenggung, a restored Joseon-era palace within a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Great guide - Philip. Well organised. Good communication. Hwaseong - interesting historical story on the 22nd King. Gwangmyeong - it’s an old mine, not a cave. Not much of an attraction to me.

Alex did a good job touring us around. Charlie is an excellent driver. We enjoyed the Suwon Fortess and Gwangmyeong Cave very much and were happy with the starfield library for break time and shopping.

It is a fruitful and informative trip. The tour guide Apollo is friendly and polite and helpful . He shares very good info about the fortress and the cave. Wonderful trip for me and my family. We have learnt much and love the beautiful scenery from the fortress and in the cave itself.
