I welcome you to hiking through beautiful virgin nature near the city. First we will meet up at my house, to leave the change of clothing, then it’s just a few minutes to the forest. Then we will walk right out in to nature and after a while we will be in the most wonderful virgin forest. We will experience exceptional views, cooking over an open fire and eating by a secret glade and a beautiful forrest lake. In summer we might swim at secluded spots, and in winter we might walk on ice, to reach the little islands to explore. Once we reach our house again we will enjoy the culture of Swedish steam sauna, with spa features. What I share with me is mine and my family and friends' favorite hobby, and we are happy to share all the knowledge that we have acquired about Swedish nature and culture since childhood.
NOTE
Hiking with only a single man or only men in general, is unfortunately not possible at the moment.

Hike and sauna, is many experiences in one! We start the hike from our house and in 3min walk we are in unique historical virgin forest in just 20 min from the city, cooking traditional food over open fire hoping to see wild animals …In summer we might go for dips in both the open see, and also in some of the beautiful secluded and secret spots along the way passing a couple of super clean forest lakes. Collecting blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms. In winter we might walk on the ice to one of the little islands to explore. In every season I will show you my favourite secret spot where we make up a fire to cook and look for beaver houses. All weather is great for this hike, as we have a rooftop over our heads while eating and the warm sauna waiting for us after the hike!

5.00This experience is a hidden gem, just 15 minutes from Stockholm — perfect for those who appreciate the healing power of nature and want an authentic immersion into Swedish culture, all in a very warm and personal way. Anika is a wonderful host: welcoming, attentive, and full of knowledge. Step by step, she gently guides you through a journey back in time as you explore the beautiful forest of Saltsjöbaden. The Swedish lunch by the lake was both delicious and a real highlight of the day. It was a bit too chilly for a swim this time — but maybe next time! After the hike, Anika introduced us to the traditional Swedish sauna experience, which was incredibly relaxing and truly healing. I’m already looking forward to doing it again and would highly recommend this hike and sauna experience to all nature lovers visiting Stockholm. It’s definitely something truly special!

5.00A tree folded experience that exceed our expectations by far, everything from how well crafted the stories are to the beautiful settings, the campfire with the delicious food, swimming in the secret lake, and not the least Annikas friendly, knowledgeable and funny personality made us all become friends easily. (Oh, I almost forgot, the best hot chocolate I have ever had was served after the swim in the lake)Also the guided sauna was exceeding my expectations and opened a whole new world of well-being and rituals, and we all felt reborn afterwards. We will for sure return!!
