  Boat captain was great and knowledgeable and we saw dolphins almost immediately and continued to see for the whole time.

  Our family of 4 was spoiled, getting to see and swim with so many dolphins on this excursion! Our captain, Hunter, was easy-going and knowledgeable, and did a great job positioning our boat so that we saw as many dolphins as possible. He told us when to jump in the water right before pods of dolphins would swim around and under us, over and over again. He even took pictures and videos, and sent them to us afterwards. I still can't believe we swam feet away from wild dolphins in the ocean!

  Hunter did an amazing job making sure we had the opportunity to swim with dolphins and had lots of fun. It was around 50* so we rented wetsuits and STILL had an amazing time!

  100% worth it!!! Our Captain Aspen was super fun. He got us close to many pods of dolphins. Watching the dophins jump out of the water several times was amazing. When we got close to a pod of Aspen encouraged us to jump in the water. It was freezing but worth it. The dolphins in their natural/wild habitat swam below us. It happens in a blink of an eye, but it was amazing! You can't touch or feed the dolphins but seeing jump in the waves behind the boat and seeing the difference species/colors of dolphins was an experience I would do again.

  Wonderful guide, captain Hunter. had a great time snorkeled water very clear. Saw 2 dolphins a mom and baby . Wasn’t in a rush answered questions.

  This tour was amazing! Hunter was great and made sure it was a 10/10 experience. We saw so many dolphins and were able to jump in numerous times to actually swim with them! I highly recommend this tour. We also were able to catch a jellyfish in a net and bring it onto the boat to look at it up close.

  

  

• Disappointing: changed tour time, poorly designed and not the best equipment

  It wasn’t the best experience and some of it was just luck and some of it was the poor design of the tour. First, we had booked for 1 pm, but were told that the system shouldn’t have let us book it because it was already full. So they asked us to move to 2.30 or 11. We chose 2.30. But it was disappointing as we were hoping to get the warm water at 1 pm. But the sun dipped and got cold during our tour. We got to see dolphins and tried to jump in to swim with them but it didn’t work out. First time I couldn’t breathe properly through the snorkel and missed the window where dolphins were around me. Second time I figured it out but the dolphins didn’t come near me. Then the captain took us to shell island to see some marine life. Issue was he said “search around as if you threw a football into the jungle”. We were kind of hoping he would drop us into good spots, we see stuff, jump back on and continue. But unfortunately, he just anchored the boat and sent us out on a hunt to find stuff ourselves. We walked around a 20-30 feet but my 7 year old didn’t like the idea so much and after few minutes he got cranky. Also the sun dipped and it got cold. Also water kept coming in through the snorkels. We have used snorkels many times before and never had an issue, so not sure what was going on with these. So we abandoned the hunt for marine life. Couldn’t find the lost football in the jungle, I.e. not a single wild life species. Not sure if we would have if we stayed in for 30-45 minutes. Maybe so, but my 7 year old wasn’t having it. To salvage the tour we went to shell island and caught the sunset. Also for the price, the experience was quite disappointing. They charged us $71 per head and no kid’s rather either. I didn’t think we got the value for the money. So many lesser priced tours that promise the same package and some even for longer durations. So yeah, like I said, not the best luck, but also the tour could be designed better than just anchoring in one place and making the group search for the lost football. Also changing the scheduled time isn’t super professional. I guess we won’t be using them next time we are here which is usual every 4/5 months. I am giving 2 starts because both the captain and the person who spoke to us were nice. But the tour itself was a total bust!

• The waves were too crazy...

  The waves were too crazy to get in the water to swim with the dolphins but our tour guide, Thomas, knew all the perfect spots to take us to see the dolphins, sea turtles, and manirays. We snorkeled in beautiful blue water. It was such a great experience!

  The tour itself is incredible; our kids loved it! Equipment sterilized and clean, captain professional. A crew member was so knowledgeable—explained to us what we would see, what to expect next, and explained everything about the marine life and went above and beyond. If you are in doubt, can't decide, or anything—don't think twice.

  Had an amazing time with Capt Josh!! We swam with dolphins, Capt Josh found us sea urchin to hold, a jellyfish fish (the ones that don't sting), we saw sea turtles, we snorkled looking for sea shells and saw crabs and all types of fish!
