  Had the bestest day, the pigs are so bloody cute, the service and staff are second to none, really ensured you had a great time and really informative. My girls 16 & 19 really enjoyed it too, great family day out! Would highly recommend. TIP - make sure you arrive in plenty of time, some people missed the boat sailing because they were late

  Highly recommend. They pick you up right at the cruise pier. You get off on a dock great for older adults. They have a nice beach and kayaks. Food and drinks available. The pig experience was great. Highly recommend the lid company.

• Perfect Half-Day Family Trip with Young Kids

  We did this trip as a family with a 6-month-old and a 2-year-old and had a really lovely experience. It was great that they didn’t charge for our children, as many other providers we looked at did. Check-in downtown was easy and well organised – we were shown exactly where to wait and then escorted over to the boat. All of the crew were friendly and helpful, and they were especially kind helping my two-year-old and my elderly mother safely on and off the boat. On the way over we had a brief stop to see turtles, which was a nice bonus, and then headed to Rose Island. We were on the 9:30am trip and were the second boat to arrive, getting there around 10:40ish. We were given a time slot of 11:15 to “meet the pigs,” which worked well and meant things didn’t feel rushed. The staff on the island were very accommodating and helped us find sunbeds in the shade. There are loads of activities available, including paddle boarding, kayaking, sea trampolines and beach volleyball. Our two-year-old loved kayaking with her uncle (we had brought our own life jacket for her). The pig experience itself was just the right length of time. You’re given a skewer and carrots to feed them, and they range from tiny piglets to quite large pigs. The staff were fantastic during this part, especially with our toddler, helping her feed the smaller pigs and making sure she felt comfortable. You also have the option to hold a pig for a photo at the end. The only food option available was a buffet-style lunch – one person in our group had this and said it was enjoyable. We only chose the half-day tour, and as a family with young children it felt like the perfect amount of time. Overall, a really well-run, family-friendly experience that we’d happily recommend.

  My wife and I took our son (4) and daughter (1) and we had a great time. The staff was fun and got us hyped up on the beautiful ride to the island. Instructions were clear and the kids had a blast feeding the pigs. We snorkeled and made sand castles before heading back. We also saw 2 sea turtles on the way back. 10 out of 10, I recommend this for other people traveling with kids.

  Great excursion! Amazing time with the pigs and the facilities on Rose Island that were included were great! The Pigs were happy and keen to engage and it was super fun All staff were great and they understood the importance of getting back on time as we were on a cruise ship. They were all so helpful and friendly

  We had a great day with Tour Daddy. They picked us up on time right outside the cruise ship. We were transported to the island and when it was our group’s turn, we saw the piggies running at us! They are adorable! The ocean was churning that day and we would have been knocked down by the waves if we got in, but the piggies didn’t mind just running around us, getting their treats. Highly recommend that trip especially if you have kids or just love animals.

  Great food! Great vibes! Great service! Pigs are amazing. Private beach is also incredible. Boat agent was very soft spoken but she was amazing, check on us our whole trip. Would do this again!

  It isn’t pigs on a beach, it’s pigs on a set of rocks while being splashed with sea water. Wear proper enclosed shoes, the food was $20 a head and it’s good but bring money for food. The bartenders were super cool.

  The experience was from 9.30am-2.50pm, longer than stated on the booking. You are on the island for a good amount of time. The pig experience lasted for about 10 mins. Unfortunately the Seas were too rough so we couldn't swim with the pigs but we really enjoyed feeding them and holding the piglet, that was definitely our favourite part. The boat was quite a long journey either side to pick up and drop off other passengers, but it was nice to get a lovely breeze and the odd splash of sea! I think it could've done with somebody mapping out the whole day with timings etc.,as we weren't sure what was going on and when. In the description it said about activities such as paddle boarding but we didn't see any of this which was a shame (could've been because of the rough sew, but this wasn't said). It also said we were going to sail past the turtles but again this was not pointed out and didn't happen. We really loved the pig experience but just needed a bit more information throughout the day.

  “The Pig Beach tour was a very nice and unique experience. The pigs are very friendly, and it’s amazing to swim and take pictures with them. The guide was attentive, and the trip was well organized. The beach is beautiful and the water is crystal clear, perfect to enjoy. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I would have liked more time with the pigs and for the package to include a drink or snack. But overall, I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Bahamas!”
