5.00Wonderful experience . It was a long day but well worth it . Anna was our tour guide and Mauricio was the driver of us. .He is a fantastic driver driving up the mountains on narrow roads doesn’t seem easy but Mauricio did it effortlessly. Anna did a great job guiding , us and telling us the history in two different languages. She took great care of the group .

5.00Excellent guide Guillhermo. Attentive, helpful and acted very well throughout the tour. The downside was the lack of a bathroom on the bus and the small space between the chairs. On the Bernina train, the cabin seat space of the 2nd class was also very tight.

5.00Check your pickup point , we could have been picked up from the latter point , which would have saved us an extra hour in the morning.. maybe ask where you want to be picked up from. I would have liked an extra hour in St. Moritz.. overall the day was excellent.. very well organised.

1.00That if you miss the bus, for whatever reason, the money is lost, and it's not a small sum. They give the option to reschedule the tour but you have to pay everything again and only discount 20%

5.00To start with, the meeting point was easy to find and Guides were there to welcome us at least 20 minutes before departure. The tour bus was very comfortable and included power outlets to charge phones. Since this is a day long trip, it was extremely helpful to be able to charge the phone onboard. The tour guides were friendly, informative but also respectful of down time during the 3 hour drive to St. Moritz. In St. Mortiz they provided us very clear information on what to do and when to reconvene to take the Bernina train. During the train ride, they were very helpful to all passengers with pointing out various sights as they approached, telling us what we could and could not do on the 2 hour + journey. A bonus, our tour guides were very helpful to me and assisted me with securing a reservation at a restaurant that I was trying to contact and couldn’t get through to. Their kindness completed a very pleasant and enjoyable day !
