1.0Stopped at Swiss border due to snow. Company should have called ahead to determine whether pass could be made. Ruined whole day. 8 hour bus ride to nowhere with only guide Veronica attempting to speak English.

5.0Went for this tour during late January and the views were amazing! St. Moritz is simply stunning with plenty of snow. Do note that the train can get hot if you sit near the heater by the windows. Our guide was great at providing information about the various locations that we visited and lots of practical tips too e.g. how to make payment, location of shops, restroom availability. Would definitely recommend!

5.0Guide Rafael was lovely and bright and knowledgable. The drivers managed a very difficult ascent up the alps which was impressive. The scenery was breathtaking and should be a must see in your life! The only criticism is that you need longer in saint moritz; the tour says it starts at 6am but it was closer to 7:30am when we actually left. Had we gained that extra 1.5 hours in saint moritz it would have been perfect!
