Smooth ferry embarkation and return, best zoo concept of all we have seen traveling the world. Open air, freedom to walk near animals on paths, adequate concessions and guest accommodations for bathrooms, escalators and elevators, clean and safe. Great shows, especially the flight of birds.

Couldn't be easier to take ferry to the zoo. Order online, show e-tix, ferry ticket taker was friendly & helpful, ferry was on time back/forth. Only drawback is you're confined to their times while city ferry is more frequent. Loved the zoo. Watch them on Secrets of the Zoo. Impressed by variety of animals, extensive educational activities, & conservation experts. We spent 4 hours & would gladly return. Highlights are the giraffes, chimpanzees, pelicans, otters, & seal show.

We cruised over to Taronga, admiring the stunning Sydney Harbour. Taronga was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful, the scenery was unbeatable.

Allow plenty of time to explore. If use public transportation check the scheduled return time to allow for a relaxing end to your day.
