1.00This was supposed to be a private Sydney tour with a driver/guide. That is not what we got. We basically paid $500 plus for a driver. He was a nice enough guy but he knew nothing about anything. He drove us to the wharf where we got on a ferry to Madison Wharf where he picked us up. We walked through a park to some steps overlooking the ocean. Then he drove us to Bondi Beach where he was going to drop us off for an hour or more. We opted out of that, so he took us to a church, then back to our hotel. No commentary anywhere. I have used Viator many times and I have never been so thoroughly disappointed. I believe they told him that he was just driving us around. That is absolutely not what the tour description said. I’m beyond livid!!!!!!

3.00The guide was wonderful, communicated well before and during tour. The tour was not described well on Viator. We were taken to the stops listed on the tour, but were dropped off to explore on our own and then picked up 30 minutes later. Guide did not tell us much about the history of the city or the stops as other guides we have had on Precious Viator tours in other cities.
