If you'd like a more up close and personal experience, you can pay for optional animal encounters with wildlife like koalas and giraffes. We arrived at the meeting point 45 minutes early as we always do in every tour. The tour operator never showed up. I’ve co tacked the operator multiple times via WhatsApp 15 minutes prior to start of tour until 10 minutes passed the meeting time but no response. I’ve reported to Viator regarding the issue and was sent an email stating that they’re not able to provide a refund. We paid for a service not rendered and also bought our own tickets to get in the zoo.

wear good walking shoes, and a good sunhat, loved the seal show, was good fun, trainers were excellent.
