5.00We hiked the Kasteelspoort trail with Aabi, highly recommend the trail and Aabi as a guide. He has been nominated by the tourism board to learn German, is super knowledgable of the peninsula and we had some good laughs. It was a challenging hike, he made sure everyone in the group was happy with the pace!

5.00We came from Brazil wanting to climb the Table Mountain, but we didn’t knew how the trail was, so we booked the guided trail. Matt was the guide who accompanied us to the top, and it was totally worth it! Such a nice guy and a wonderful company for the trip, explaining all the questions we had along the way. We went in a slow pace, stopping once a while to see the views and take photos without any rush at all, absolutely recommend it :)

5.00We had a great experience during our ascent of Table Mountain! Our Guide, Matt, picked us up at 8am, which was perfect to avoid the heat. The hike lasted 2.5 hours and was certainly tough. But the view from the top was absolutely spectacular and worth every effort. For the way back we used the cable car, which was a wonderful way to end our adventure. In short, a must-do if you are in the area! Good guidance, a challenging hike and a beautiful view make this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

5.00I did a private tour with Matt Fletcher through Kirstenbosch Garden, up Skeleton Gorge and on to Table Mountain, going down the cable car. It was wonderful! Matt is very knowledgeable about the flora and could answer all my questions. I’m a petite, solo female traveler and felt very safe. 10/10 would book again.
Great guide! Pray for decent weather.

5.00Matt is an excellent guide! Unfortunately for my wife and I, the weather did not go our way: strong winds and significant runoff from recent rains. We got about halfway up elevationwise—to the top of the ladders—but had to turn back due to the winds and high water levels. Matt gave us a detour on a contour trail to a rockslide so we could get our steps in and a nice view. We then returned to the gardens, our starting point, where Matt gave us a nice tour and lunch at the restaurant there. If you like hot chocolate, theirs is excellent! He then drove us to the front of the mountain at the base cable car station. The winds were howling! The cable car was not running. Even on a nice day, this is a very strenuous hike. If we made it all the way, it would have been over six miles to the top—the first part that we did accomplish was a relentless climb. If the cable car is not running, it’s a little under two miles down.
