From the very beginning, Jun demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the history, political context, and current realities of the Demilitarized Zone. The information he shared throughout the day was thoughtful, balanced, and highly consistent. He explained complex historical and geopolitical topics in a clear and structured way, helping us fully understand the significance of the DMZ while remaining sensitive to the subject matter. Jun was extremely polite, professional, and attentive at all times. He created a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, encouraging questions and ensuring that everyone in our family felt engaged. We were particularly impressed by how he connected with our children. He made a genuine effort to include them in the experience, adjusting his explanations so they were educational, interesting, and easy for them to follow. 5.00Jun is FANTASTIC. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Pleasant, knowledgeable, appropriate. He knew all the tricks to avoid the lines and “secret spots” for the best pictures. Totally worth the price for a private tour.

5.00We had a wonderful experience with Jun. He picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the DMZ. He handled our tickets for us. He was very knowledgeable and shared lots of information on our tour. He picked us up at 7:30 and dropped us off back at our hotel by 2pm. I really recommend if you want to learn about the history of South and North Korea.

5.00We had an awesome 8-hour custom tour in Seoul with Jun and highly recommend him. From arranging our airport transportation to guiding us through the city, everything was seamless and stress-free. Jun was kind, professional, and extremely attentive. He listened carefully to both my mom’s and my preferences and tailored the day perfectly to what we wanted. He kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. During our tour, we rented hanbok and visited Gyeongbokgung Palace to experience the changing of the guard ceremony. We took in a beautiful overlook of Seoul, explored Insadong, Myeongdong, and Gyeongdong Market, and even found specialized souvenirs we were looking for. What impressed us most was how quickly he was able to adjust the schedule when we made requests — everything flowed smoothly even with changes. He even provided thoughtful recommendations for after the tour, which helped us continue enjoying Seoul on our own. Jun provided meaningful insight into Korea’s history, Seoul’s development as a city, and the richness of Korean culture. His explanations were informative yet engaging, and he brought context to every location we visited. We walked away with a genuine appreciation and deeper understanding of the country. He also went out of his way to take so many wonderful photos of us throughout the day, which we truly appreciate. Those memories mean so much to us.
