1.00Booking made through Viator for 8:30p and no additional pickup information was received nor phone call or texts was sent regarding pick location. Called provider and lady who answered said "no driver and hung up". I text them instead and she said I don't have a booking. I showed proof of my reservation/booking and they still said no reservation. The person then attempted to ask for my flight # and where I was going and phone number to my destination as if they were now making a reservation versus honoring the one I already paid for 8:30p pick up. Even then I was told the address was wrong. I told them that they scammed me and I will file a complaint bc tyhe booking was paid for and I had no driver waiting. They kept saying they have no order. And they are handling it now. It was raining and hot standing outside. She then told us she will cancel my refund because I was impolite for telling them they were scams since they didn't have my order. I requested a refund via viator. Do not book the provider!

1.00Don’t book, the company XC tours didn’t turn up and we had to get a taxi from airport to hotel in Taipei centre.
Very good drivers &cars but don’t speak much English. There’s a person that wait at the airport with our name .

5.00Request for a bigger car if you have 4 or more suitcases otherwise they won’t fit. Very good communicator and they text days before arrival to make sure everything will go smoothly.

5.00The company was really professional and easy to communicate with. They sent the driver’s contact info the day before. The driver was on time very helpful, professional and communicated to us upon arrival with a meet and greet sign. Helped us with eSIM and provided travel tips. Car was really clean and comfortable. We have booked them for the return trip. Highly recommend.
