If you do not show up after 1.5 hours of waiting, the reservation will be deemed "not checked in". Don’t book, the company XC tours didn’t turn up and we had to get a taxi from airport to hotel in Taipei centre.
Very good drivers &cars but don’t speak much English. There’s a person that wait at the airport with our name .

Request for a bigger car if you have 4 or more suitcases otherwise they won’t fit. Very good communicator and they text days before arrival to make sure everything will go smoothly.

The pick up service at the airport was easy. The guide was waiting at the exit with a sign had my name on it. The driver was very professional.

The company was really professional and easy to communicate with. They sent the driver’s contact info the day before. The driver was on time very helpful, professional and communicated to us upon arrival with a meet and greet sign. Helped us with eSIM and provided travel tips. Car was really clean and comfortable. We have booked them for the return trip. Highly recommend.
