4.00The driver was punctual and dropped us off at our destination without any problems. Price of $38 extra so rhat car could accommodate 4 pieces of luggage and driver would meet us at cruise terminal was not wartendes. $230 for 45 min. Ride or less seems excessive.

1.00I will not be booking a pick up again. Although we paid to be picked up at a cruise terminal, we ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. It cost us $120.00.

3.00This reservation was for my aunt and her three friends, all seniors. When I booked, I clearly stated in both English and Japanese that the signage should display my aunt’s name, not mine. I even double-checked this request via email and confirmed it again through WhatsApp. However, when the driver arrived, they were holding a sign with my name, causing my aunt and her friends to wait outside the pier for nearly an hour. Aside from this issue, the overall experience was good, but I wish the communication had been better
