Review We had requested for an English speaking tour guide but the one who came spoke very little English and had to use a google translate on his phone most of the time. He did put a lot of effort to show us around and we did appreciate that but it was frustrating for us that we couldn’t communicate easily with him. He also got confused about the pick up point so we had to contact him and remind him of where he was supposed to pick us up. He also asked for payment at the end of the tour and then realized that I had already paid in advance. We did enjoy the view of the various parks we visited and our tour guide did show us around to maximize our experience. It was so good that we feel we would visit Taiwan again in the future.

Our guid was amazing. I mentioned we like golf and he even fit in a gold experience. He took amazing pictures and made sure we were able to do all the things we wanted to do

We had an English speaker driver/ guide to bring us around. Johnson was very professional and thorough in his service. He recommended us good food for lunch and we were so satisfied with his service that we requested another tour with them on another day. The car they used is clean and fresh too.

Lin was my driver for the day. He is an excellent driver. For the day, he expertly took me from one site to the next, dropped me off, and we would agree on a return time to the car to drive to the next place. This TST tour is not one with a tour guide who walks you through the sites. It's a driver and a self tour. Lin provided water which was appreciated. The weather was not great on the mountain, so I decided to skip a couple of the planned stops, and Lin was very agreeable to modify the tour. I am very happy with Lin as the driver for the day.

The driver was excellent but we did not have a guide. The natural beauty was amazing but we did not get the full cultural experience as we did have a guide.
