  We highly recommend our driver Kevin Chang. He promptly picked us up at our hotel and explained the itinerary to us. The van he drove was very comfortable for our family of 5. He drove very carefully especially because it rained the whole day amd assisted us when we got off and on the vehicle. He also provided good restaurant recommendations for our lunch and dinner.

  My family and I had an awesome day trip with TST travel agency. Mr LIN was our dedicated driver and he was incredibly helpful and professional. The Car (Mercedes mini Van) was spotless and smell good. We really enjoyed every single moment of the trip.   Mr. Kim, the driver, was very kind and considerate! Enough and a lantern planned. It was raining, but they lent us umbrellas, and we thought it was just a pick-up and drop-off, but they showed us to the lantern shop, took pictures, and sent us back later 😊 Thank you to Jiufen for your time! I was relieved to know that they had a group LINE and were able to speak Japanese! It was also easy to get a picture of the vehicle in advance!

  Jaffly was an amazing driver. He took us to all the great spots and has the local knowledge with all the places, shops, tickets, people etc. Jaffly was really cool with our teenage kids also.   We had the pleasure of having Mr. Charlie as our driver for the whole day, and he truly made our trip unforgettable. He was kind, professional, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire journey. He took amazing photos for us, brought us to all the best sightseeing spots, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Thanks to him, our day was smooth, fun, and truly special.   I availed the private tour of Taiwan TST and from the beginning they have been very attending to my requests and helped me plan the tour to become senior citizen friendly tour. Our driver was James Lee (Lee yung Jui) and even though there is a slight communication problem, he did his very best to communicate with us. He helped my mom when she had problem with walking and even created a cute mini video of our trip. In addition, he takes nice pictures as well. Highly recommended company and James Lee as the driver. Thank you!

  This company's private tour is pretty satisfying. If you are traveling with family or friends in Taiwan, we highly recommend it! It’s easy to exchange details on LINE after booking, add your own destinations, and change destinations around. Mr. Chen is fluent in both Japanese and English and very courteous and responsive. And thank you, Mr. Johnson, for being in charge of the tour on the day, for being a lean and enjoyable sightseeing companion in the rain all day! The lantern shop that Johnson took me to in Jusen, the service was so good, the videos and photos that looked like commercials that he made, and the words that were immediately sent to me on LINE. In Jiufen, I was taken along a back road in that crowd and enjoyed this without waste, while getting a glimpse of the quiet side of the city. We enjoyed the Wildlife Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour and also we were very happy to see Aurora on our last night. Please look forward to another trip to Taiwan!

  Excellent customer service. Ended up using their services for airport pickup and drop off as well. Easy to schedule and work with around our schedule. Our guide brought us to all of the locations listed and let us explore on our own time. Unfortunately, it was raining at JiuFen, but still cool to walk around and get a quick picture in. Only suggestion is to find your own food. Overall great experience and highly recommend

  I had a wonderful time with Forest! I was only in Taipei for a short stay, and this private tour turned out to be the perfect way to see many great sights in a limited time. Having it privately arranged gave me the flexibility I needed, and the entire experience felt smooth and personalized. The service was excellent — the team reached out a couple of days before the tour, shared the full itinerary, and made sure everything was well planned and set. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
