We had such an amazing experience and the view! It was just me and another woman, but we really enjoyed having a picnic with our guide and driver in a quiet place with snowy scenery along the way. Before we went to Seven Lakes, we had a bit of sightseeing in the bazaar and other places, and it was good to know the city of Tajikistan. Of course, Seven Lakes was amazing. I want to go again in August.

We had an amazing time with Murod. He was very informative about Tajikistan and Uzbekistan history. The seven lakes were beautiful with the snow and he even stopped by Sarazm Archaeological Site on the way home for us. We had a great time and would 100% recommend doing this day trip if you’re staying in Samarkand.
Guide and drivers were excellent. Was a good short look at Tajikistan if you’re in Samarkand and have a spare day. Well

And all organized well, we had lunch at the sac, and the tadjica guide John, a treasure!!! He explained everything in English, and it was a wonderful trip!
