1.00In principle, it could have been a nice tour. In the first park we took the minibus instead of in promised 4x4 off-road vehicles. Supposedly there were not enough vehicles there. The minibus also got stuck in the mud promptly and we had to push it out. This view of the animals was of course also very limited. My wife had only a very narrow window opening for watching the animals. The second "park" was initially not to be approached due to allegedly bad roads. After insisting we went there and the paths were not bad at all. However, there was nothing to see except 2 old elephants (which obviously got their mercy bread here) behind a wooden gate. That was more of a bad joke. Afterwards we should go to Phezulu Safari Park. It was already too late for the last Zulu dance performance of the day (which was not true). The game drive described in the offer there was also cancelled. This part of the program is only optional anyway. Only the reptiles we could have seen, whereupon all the passengers decided to go back together. During the return journey we found that all 8 had booked different packages. A real mess. And so much money for that!?!? It was a rip-off. Never again with us.

1.003 parks booked, one good of a joke because a joke, Lion Park without lions (have been out of the park for weeks) 2 elephants in the enclosure to the mercy bread no more. The 3. Park with culture/dance was not even approached, it was claimed it is optional although booked and paid, complaint is ongoing. Ride with minibus and top driver, win companion as a guide who was nice but had no plan, no idea and no explanation to anything.... then we had to drive the minivans through the parks although in the pictures when booking clearly open four-wheel off-road vehicles were depicted. In the end there were 3 groups of fellow travellers, all had booked something different.
Nice tour, only half of the promised actions were left out

1.00Very nice tour with Game Drive. According to the description, a visit to the lion parks was planned after the game drive and a visit to the reptile park after the dance performance. But the guide didn't know about it and these attractions were simply left out. Very bad, otherwise I would have booked another tour because with especially the animals were important and not the dance performance. Unfortunately, there has been no refund (although promised).
