Medina of Tangier
During our visit to the Old City, we will wander for more than two hours through its ancient alleys. We will stop at the oldest mosques there, as well as Christian churches and Jewish shops. The tour will also include a visit to the vegetable and fish market, traditional craft shops, and spice shops. As for lunch, it can be eaten in the Old City.

5.00Youssef took care of us the entire time! He is a great guide. He told us so much about Morrocco and took us to experience so many things, in just one day. It was an incredible and meaningful trip my family and I will always remember.

5.00I can't recommend this highly enough. My wife and I toured with Youssef in May 2025. On the day of our tour, my stomach was not doing great but we really still wanted to visit. He was incredibly patient and kind and adjusted the tour to allow us to still see Tangier but not overdo it for me. We really loved the tea and it helped settle my stomach. I can't say thanks enough to Youseff and his wife for everything! If you are going to Tangier, book this tour - he knowledge of the history and area is great and you will really come away wanting to go back! Thank you Youseff!!

5.00Youssef was an incredible guide, who seemed to be the “King of Tangier” who everyone knows and respects. Strangers would come to him to say hello, we were so honored to have him share his magical city with us. Amazing experience. We can’t wait to read his book!

5.00Youssef was AWESOME!! SO lively, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. His commentary was incredibly informative. The tea and sweets at his home an amazing delight! Such a lovely couple and very gracious. We would HIGHLY recommend choosing Youssef to show you his beloved city. (His driver was darling too!)

5.00Where do I start with this review... Yousef met us at the ferry dock and introduced himself. We started on foot for the tour. He taught us so much about the culture and history of the city. We walked around the streets, the markets, he took us into the food markets so we could see where everyone buys their foods. We learned the farmers come down from the mountain twice a week to sell their food.. foods like nuts, fruits, fresh meats, breads, sweets, and so much more. I bought some authentic Morrocan leather shoes that are genuine leather and made right in town and are so comfortable. Yousef invited us into his home where we got to meet his wife and have authentic Morrocan tea and cookies. Yousef and Hind were incredibly kind and so welcoming. We continued the tour by car to see the remainder of the city to see where multiple other countries Kings have their homes. We then continued to the beach to ride camels overlooking the beach. This was an incredible experience and definitely the highlight of our 17 day vacation in Spain. If you don’t book this experience, then you are doing yourself a disservice. 5.00It was a wonderful immersion in the life and history of Tangier!! Youssef is very kind, well so his wife, Hind, and I was presented with Moroccan hospitality when they received me at his house! I recommend 100%!

5.00Yousseff was amazing! Everything about this tour was seamless and personal. From arranging the tour prior to our departure to our arrival at the port all the details were taken care of! Tangier is a beautiful city with so many different things to see and experience. For our group the highlights were riding the camels on the beach, meeting Yousseff’s family and visiting his home, and a delicious traditional meal!
