5.00We had just a few hours in Tashkent with our 6 year old son but wanted to learn about the country so we booked this private tour for added flexibility. Lola came to pick us up and WOW we were immediately impressed with her wealth of knowledge about the country. Our favorite experience with her was definitely when she took us to Chorsu Bazaar where we had direct experiences with the kind locals and tried some Uzbekistan “must eats”. Thank you Lola for the short but sweet experience of Uzbekistan!!!

3.00I deducted 2 stars for the 2 hours I had to wait in the cold to get picked up. Our tour was scheduled for 3:30pm, but our tour guide didn't show up until 5:30pm. We were in communication while I waited, but even the communication was misleading. He told me he was running a little behind because he was finishing up a previous tour. But when I would ask how long, or what his estimated arrival time was, he would say things like, I'm still coming or soon. That part was a bit frustrating, being stranded in another country. But the tour itself was pretty cool.
