5.00It was our first trip to Banff and Joanna gave us an awesome tour with loads of stories about the local history and food, and some pretty awesome drinks too. 5.00I’ve never done a food tour before and didn’t really know what to expect, and I’m so happy I tried! Joanna was so friendly and welcoming right from the start! We walked the streets of Banff and went to some really cool eateries whilst hearing stories of the history of Banff and got a really cool vibe of the culture, and also tasted some really delicious things I would never have had before. Having lived in Banff for many years, Jo was very informative and told some great stories of local folklore and the history of the area. I was thinking I would get to taste some nice food but the experience was so much more! Thanks Jo for making my Banff visit so special and I would recommend to anyone who goes to Banff!

5.00This experience is a whole meal with drinks and extra dessert! I highly recommend this tour if you are overwhelmed with all the amazing options to satisfy your need to devour everything in site! My group mates were excellent companions and we had so many great information given to us about Banff, the area and more from Joanna. I was just as interesting meeting people who traveled to Banff and what brought them there. I ate so much on the tour but it was well balanced by the walking that I was satisfied enough to just have a small dinner so really I made money on the tour because I had more to spend from my food budget than anticipated! So if you have the opportunity to learn from a local, taste multiple Canadian specialties ( I'm Canadian and still tried NEW things!) then book this into your itinerary as a must do. And if there is one last piece of maple toffee and everyone is being too polite to take it, be the one to eat it! I know, not living up to the polite Canadian am I, because that person's was absolutely me! I would book this again for the later tour as I did the mid day one this time. Knowing that different seasons bring different chef and menus I doubt I'd have the same things everytime - well I'm okay with the maple toffee and syrup everytime ❤️

5.00We had a great experience on Nibble Tours. A great highlight was that Joanna has lived and spent time in Banff National Park since the early 90’s so she had a wealth of information about the Park and how it has changed overtime. The food and cocktail variety was also excellent and we were able to enjoy a nice variety of what Banff has to offer. I quite enjoyed the duck wings we tried at Boss and the shaft at Elk and Oarsman. Thanks for an awesome time, can’t wait to do this tour again!!

5.00This was the first time in Banff for me and my partner. It was also the first thing we did in town after dropping off our bags at the hotel. The best metric for how good a food tour is, in my opinion, is how comfortable we feel navigating the food scene in the town, and the town as a whole, following the experience. For sure, Joanna was wonderful, picked some great spots for our tour group, and was very knowledgeable about the area. That stated, afterwards, I felt like I could casually walk around downtown Banff and pick restaurants (and this city has an amazing food scene). No Yelp needed, no hotel recommendations: just our knowledge obtained from Joanna. 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend.

5.00What an incredible experience! This wasn’t just a food tour — it was an interactive, immersive journey through the heart and soul of Banff. Joanna provided historical insights between each stop which provided cultural context and brought everything to life in such an engaging and entertaining way. The food itself was outstanding — and definitely more than just “little bites.” We enjoyed generous tastings at every stop, with a perfect balance of sweet and savoury dishes. Each location offered something unique, and the drinks throughout were thoughtfully paired and plentiful. What really set this tour apart was how interactive and lively it felt. It wasn’t just about eating — it was about connecting with the history, the people, and the atmosphere of each place we visited. The guide made everyone feel involved, creating such a fun and welcoming vibe. If you’re considering booking — do it. I truly cannot recommend this enough. It’s an absolute must-do and easily one of the best experiences we’ve had in Banff!
