Enjoy 5 sustainable, locally sourced wines, each selected for its character, terroir, and story. Guided by our expert, English-speaking sommeliers, you'll learn about regional grapes, vineyards, and winemaking traditions in a relaxed, engaging setting. Hosted in a beautifully restored 1800s silk loft, our tastings blend historic charm with modern comfort (including AC). With a maximum of 10 guests, it’s intimate, social, and tailored to wine lovers of all levels. Whether you're a curious beginner or seasoned sipper, you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for French wine and Lyon’s unique role in it. Join us for a delicious, unforgettable journey—book your tasting today! Tastings are at 12pm or 4pm. Coming at lunch time? Don't worry, there is plenty of food!

We had an outstanding experience. We learned so much. Ghjulia was great- she was very informative. She answered questions, gave recommendations. We learned about the wines, and also the cheeses and the charcuterie. We highly recommend Lyon Wine Tasting.

Our sommelier Julia was delightful and full of vino knowledge. We could not ask for a better wine tasting expert who was engaging, inquisitive and personable. The setting is a quaint living room vibe with comfortable seating. We thoroughly enjoyed the Cremant De Bourgogne sparkling wine - that is a go to from now on. We tasted white and red wines allowing us to explore several appellations and the differences between the whites and reds. Overall a great learning experience of Burgundy, Jura, Beaujolais and Lorie Valley regions. The French produce excellent wines--understanding the wine labels is another matter.

This will be our new go to tour in Lyon!! We had so much fun sampling and learning about the region’s wines with delicious cheese and great company. Located in the old Silk District, the setting is super cool. Our group had ranging wine experience and there was something for everyone. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent introduction into French wine and the regions that each wine was created in. Our host Nicholas was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The wine was excellent, and the cheese/meat platter generously paired with the wines that were sourced.
