Embark on a tasting journey with our Gourmet Tasting formula, combining the richness of Languedoc wines with the delicacy of local products. Sit comfortably on our terrace at the foot of the majestic Cité de Carcassonne and be guided by our expert during a guided tasting of eight wines, carefully selected to reveal all the diversity and complexity of regional grape varieties.

To enhance this experience, a generous plank of charcuterie and artisan cheeses will accompany your tasting, creating perfect pairings between food and wine. With friends or family, share a warm moment, learn to identify the aromas and be surprised by new associations.

Discover our Gourmet Tasting with eight signature wines from the Vineyards Foncalieu. - You will be welcomed by our team in our shop 32 Avenue du Général Leclerc in Carcassonne - The tasting is accompanied by a platter of local cheese and cold cuts to create a food and wine pairing and share a moment of conviviality at the foot of the City of Carcassonne. After a quick exchange on your expectations and preferences, you will embark on a sensory journey in the heart of Languedoc to discover 8 wines, red, white and rosé. The tasting is also possible in English and Spanish. The tasting is reserved for adults.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choice of wines - 3 each of white, rose and red. Great value and a very enjoyable experience. We had booked the Gourmet Tasting but called in the previous day and asked if we could try some wines that wouldn’t be on our tasting experience. It was a lovely place to spend a couple of hours in the sunshine.

What a great opportunity to taste local wines in a lovely courtyard setting. Wines are accompanied by a delicious cheese and meet platter. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Great evening

Excellent charcuterie with 8 wines. The wines were just OK. Our hostess had very little wine knowledge. Her English was OK. She basically asked us if we like dry or fruity for each color. Poured 3 tastes of each, white, rose or red. She had nothing to add. And really couldn’t answer questions. She was lovely and sweet. But just poured our tastes and left. There was another event going on in the shop back room. The metal stools were very uncomfortable and we had to make space for the attendees to pass. For the price it was OK.

We enjoyed this very much! The wines were varied and very good, all served with a fabulous platter of meats and cheeses in a lovely courtyard (albeit next to a busy road, but you can ignore that) with a view of the ancient city hehind it.

Amazing! Nicholas was so welcoming and knew his stuff, every wine was explained in detail and he knew what we would like so matched the wines accordingly! Hidden gem and a must visit!!!

A nice welcome, a description of the wines served with lots of nibbles. Water as well!. Nice location and for us just a short journey to get there. All in all it was a most pleasant evening
