Immerse yourself in the world of Bordeaux wines and discover the fundamentals of professional tasting while exploring the richness of Bordeaux vineyards.
The tasting includes a carefully chosen selection, with the possibility to adapt the choice according to individual preferences. You will taste a varied range of mystery wines, two dry white wines representing the left and right banks, three red wines illustrating different styles and blends, as well as a sweet wine to conclude the experience.
Throughout the session, you will also discover the principles of food and wine pairing. Cécilia and her team, certified professionals and trained at the University of Wine, will share their expertise and passion for wine and gastronomy, making this moment as informative as it is enjoyable.
To extend your learning, you will be given a personal tasting booklet.

no Spanish classes from 1st march to 6 march Learn the art of tasting and discover the richness of Bordeaux wines: history, appellations, terroirs, grape varieties, blends, classifications, and more! In a friendly atmosphere, you will learn to taste like a professional. Wine will appear more accessible to you, and your senses will guide you to perceive all the finesse of its aromas. You will taste 6 carefully selected wines: 1 mystery wine, 2 dry whites (left and right bank), 3 reds (mixtures, left and right banks) and 1 soft. The wines come from Grands Crus Classés and family estates in organic farming. Guided by Mathilde and Cécilia, professionals trained at the University of Wine, you will also discover the secrets of successful, sometimes unexpected, food & wine pairings. A tasting booklet will be given to you to continue practicing at home. Depending on the season, the tasting takes place in a private courtyard, cellar or in our furnished room. The wines tasted are available for sale. Do you prefer only red or white? Our specialized tastings are made for you!

5.00A very entertaining and pleasant experience Fleur was a true professional that certainly knows her wines , the experience goes through the different grapes and regions explaining the difference between the wines, overall whether you are a seasoned wine lover or a complete beginner it’s well worth the visit and money well spent the charcuterie board was nice touch

5.00It was fantastic. I learnt a lot about wines from the Bordeau region, and discovered the difference in taste of the various wines when paired with the appropriate cheese or meats. Her explanations were great and easy to follow. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in learning about the wines in that region.

5.00What a great experience! Intimidate, informative, and just fun! We had Fleure and she did amazing. She was really knowledgeable about wine and French history. Beyond that, she did well explaining the different aspects of wine. Definitely recommend booking one of their tours or wine tasting!

4.00We had a great tasting in Bordeaux. There were two of us, another person was booked. Fleur made the 1.5 hours very pleasant and enriching. With her love of the area, her knowledge of wine and her warm nature she has given us a lot of information that we did not yet have despite the previous knowledge. We would have liked a little baguette to neutralize between the different wines. PS: good luck with your way forward...

5.00This was our very first wine tasting and we had no idea what to expect, but Cécilia walked us through everything and was extremely accommodating and friendly! Cécilia’s explanations were very clear and we got a very diverse introduction into Bordeaux wines and wine pairings. The space was cute and great for small groups. The snacks provided were amazing as well.

5.00This was a wonderful experience! Cécila was incredibly knowledgeable and gave the information perfectly in both English and French. The wines were great and the history of each made it even more exciting. It’s a small, personal group which made it that much more special. Tasty cheeses and meat pairings as well. Cannot recommend enough.

5.00We went as a group of 4 friends and really enjoyed it! Cécilia was lovely, funny and made the whole experience a great time. The wine's were amazing, as was the cheese and meat at the end. Would thoroughly recommend if you are in Bordeaux 😊
