no Spanish classes from Agust 14 to August 24 Often overshadowed by reds, Bordeaux’s white wines reveal a surprising diversity: lively and lemony sauvignon for aperitifs, rounder and more complex Sémillon blends for dinner, not to mention the prestigious Sauternes. This interactive and intimate tasting immerses you in the world of whites: history, appellations, grape varieties, winemaking techniques, and comparison between the left and right banks. You will discover how stainless steel preserves freshness while the oak barrel brings roundness and structure. Guided by Mathilde and Cécilia, certified wine experts, you will taste four wines carefully chosen from family properties, organic or renowned, including a mystery wine. Each wine is accompanied by a matured French cheese, to explore creative food and wine pairings. You will leave with a tasting booklet to continue practicing at home. Depending on the season, the tasting takes place in our Bordeaux room, in a private courtyard or in our cellar. Wines are available for purchase after the session, and adaptations are possible for red lovers

5.00Cecilia did a wonderful job of explaining the wine and wine classifications for the Bordeaux region, which is very helpful as the approach is different than in the US. We also tasted some delicious wines. This experience is an excellent value for the money and we would highly recommend it to anyone who really wants to understand the wines they are drinking from the region.

5.00A fun experience! We were able to taste a number of wines, and it was nice to pair them with different foods, and there were a couple of interesting activities.

5.00We had a fabulous time wine tasting with Ilona at 2pm on 9th May. There were only six of us which was fun and the venue was a gorgeous patio garden - don’t be put off by the entrance the patio garden it leads to is fab ! Ilona was fun and v knowledgeable. We drank six wines and it was pared with small bites of food!!! Great fun we really enjoyed and we bought wine there too!!!! Would really recommend 5 stars x
