  4 generations of our family (86yo - 10yo) took the 25 minute V8 trip around Mt Maunganui and loved it. My Mum and son both have mobility issues but that was not a problem on this trip. Our driver Alan was friendly, helpful and gave a lovely commentary on the trip. We all enjoyed the burst of speed you get from these bikes while feeling safe and secure the whole trip. Thank you Kathryn for your help getting this booking organised.

  This is, by far, THE BEST tour we have done this holiday. The roar of these machines got this old rev heads blood pumping. Wind in the face, the power of the trike, the rumble of the engine, all adding to the adrenalin. Our 'driver' Alan was fantastic, and has a great sense of humour. Alan is very informative, and very knowledgeable. I particually liked the narrative of the early Moari, and the 1st 'Pakeha' in the district. And being an ex-pat Kiwi, I still learnt a lot. If you are in Tauranga/Mt. Maunganui, this V8 Trike tour is a must do. (Do the tour to the top of the mountain with panaramic ocean views). Although the price is on the high end, it is worth every cent. We can not honestly rate this tour high enough.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We did the one-hour fast tour and it was perfect for our short cruise stop. Our driver was informative and awesome, and we managed to see so much in a short time before needing to be back at the ship. The views were stunning and we got some amazing photos along the way.   This was definitely a highlight of our trip! It was such a fun way to see the sites and Joe, our driver, was fantastic. You won't be disappointed!

  A+, these guys know what it's about, great customer service, bikes are immaculately presented, great operators, the drive on the Trike was great, great running commentary of the area, stopped at places of interest, and he gave the bike a bit to! all in all great operators, give them a go, you won't be disappointed,

  We stepped off the ship, not knowing what to do or see that day. At the end of the pier we saw a sign, for a V8 motorcycle ride. We knew immediately what we were going to do. We’ve always wanted to have a ride. Both of us were 78, game for anything. We had the 90 tour. We were not disappointed. Great tour people, we had the owners son take us. He was a pilot in the NZ airforce, home on leave. Would we do it again, YES, in a heartbeat.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our trip on the bike. I've been really wanting to do one of these trips for many years and finally got to do it. Great way to see the local town and the price was very reasonable.

  Best 2 hour excursion we have been on. Nigel’s commentary was really good and the scenery was great. He obviously loves showing Tauranga to visitors and pointing out spots to visit if we had time later. Shame the time seemed to go too fast. Was impressed with contact the night before our booking offering a couple of other options if the weather was still bad but fortunately weather turned out great.
