5.00The drivers were punctual (which considering the traffic in Dakar is a great performance), friendly, professional and efficient. Communication is systematically done by whatsapp or message, you do not feel abandoned and the unexpected are resolved very quickly. 5.00It was the first time I visited Africa solo. To join a friend downtown, I had to take a bus or taxi from the airport. Before departure, I was told that I had to negotiate the fare with the drivers each time, but it was completely unusual for me. So I found a lot of positive reviews about Papi's taxi on Tripadvisor and decided to book it. He gave me all the necessary information before I even left. As soon as I arrived at the airport, he sent me a message and picked me up on time. Grandpa is a very friendly person. He's got an open mind. The ride only lasted an hour, but we discussed a lot of things and became friends. I never thought I could make a friend so fast. The experience with Papi's taxi was wonderful.
