• Sunset and stargazing tour with dinner for Fiancé‘s birthday

  We were pleasantly surprised by how good this tour was. Upon arrival at the coach we were informed that the restaurant had cancelled at the last minute and so the itinerary was changing but thanks to the teams knowledge and professionalism, they still made it a wonderful night for us and thanks to Sonja, we were kept well informed throughout the process. We stopped at a wonderful spot and took in the sunset with a glass of Cava and took some wonderful pictures before heading further up the mountains for some dinner in a traditional Canarian restaurant Changing the venue meant we were in a different part of the national park and it had begun raining whilst we ate but the team chose another location and swiftly got us there, where we enjoyed a few hours gazing at the moon and stars through their high-powered telescopes. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and very good public speakers making it a really enjoyable experience. They took numerous photos and timelapse videos which are all available free of charge and they provided warm jackets and and a lovely cup of hot chocolate to warm us up as it gets mighty cold up at 2000m at night. We were definitely right to take a hat, scarf and gloves. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone there were even families up there and the kids seemed to really enjoy it too.   Second time doing this excursion as the first time as really loved it , however this time wasn't as good, seemed to take much longer this time and coach was very uncomfortable there and back. Food wasn't as nice either chicken seemed very pink so I didn't eat much. However the sunset and star gazing was fantastic. The staff was brilliant. Shame about how long it takes to get there and back and the food was a put off for me this time.

  A wonderfully memorable evening. The journey to pick up and drop off everyone was long for us due to our resort location - that was the only down side. The talks were engaging, and full of fascinating insights, and the overall experience felt genuinely special. Even though it was cold in the mountains, the team had thoughtfully provided coats for everyone, which made a big difference and kept the focus on the sky rather than the temperature. One detail we really appreciated was that the photos they took were included in the price. It felt refreshingly honest and generous — no upselling, just part of the experience. A brilliant night all round, and something we’d happily recommend to anyone curious about the stars.

  One of the best excursions we did whilst in Tenerife, everything was top notch from start to finish. Kieran sends you a message the morning of the trip, giving you details of where you will be picked up from and the time making everything super easy and stress free, Craig will then meet you with a warm smile and positive attitude and you’ll get on the coach, from there you drive up to Teide and Craig will give you facts about Tenerife that you may not know and as you go further up the mountain he will tell you about the terrain and why it’s that way etc. You then reach the part where you stop and everybody gets off for the sunset views and a complimentary drink. After sunset you drive even further where we had our meal and once we were all fed and watered we had the most incredible stargazing experience we have ever had. They have 4 telescopes which get set up for you so you don’t have to do a thing other than take a look and be in awe! They have green laser pens to point out the stars, constellations and planets. You really do see so much being that high and above the clouds away from light pollution. It is very cold up on mount Teide but they provide you with jackets if you need one and they also do some yummy complimentary hot chocolates to help give you some extra warmth! I learnt so much and saw so much more than I do when trying to star gaze at home. We got to see the moon through the telescope which was amazing and we also saw Jupiter and Saturn! The night skies team also take plenty of photos of the sunset, night sky and of you under the stars, by the sunset and everything else free of charge which makes the trip so much more special! Kieran, Craig and the night skies team are so knowledgeable and passionate about the tour that they offer and they really do their best to make sure you have a great experience. A massive thank you to Kieran who took the time just before things were starting to be packed away and actually pointed the telescope to mine and my partners favourite star Sirius so we could have the opportunity to see what it looks like closer, something we won’t be forgetting for a long time! This is a 10/10 experience and something I will be recommending anyone to do when visiting Tenerife! 100% worth the money and the late evening! It is a trip I know I will be doing every time I go to Tenerife!

  Appears expensive at the outset but well worth every euro, and more. From watching the sun go down to seeing the night sky and all pointed out and explained professionally every minute was enjoyable. Five star through and through. But be warned take WARM clothes at it gets extremely cold. Bonus -free professional photos. Every member of the team was excellent, but special thanks to guide Craig.

  I have done this tour 8 times now in the last 2 years. As I live in Tenerife every time friends or family come over I book us on the tour. I love it. The sunset, the meal, the stargazing, the staff. All excellent. 100% recommend.

  Incredible experience! Great organization, the English guides are very knowledgeable and fun. There's a professional photographer who takes pictures, which are shared with the participants for free afterwards. The views from the telescope are marvelous! And the clear sky of Tenerife offers a wonderful natural show. Highly recommended!

  Overall a nice experience specially with the star gazing. Because of weather, we couldn’t see the sunset properly. However, food was also decent.

  Well people should know up there at the Teode weather is really cold so to be prepare Wearing good jackets
