5.00I have lived in the Temecula Valley for 50+ years and this was always on my bucket list of things I wanted to do but just never got around to it. Thankful that we received a "gentle nudge" from Son & Daughter in law with a Gift Certificate for my my wonderful wife's Birthday !! It was a magical morning and we HIGHLY recommend it !! If it's something you've thought about.... JUST DO IT !! Book today with Cielo Balloons !! They are a locally owned FAMILY business and they do it right !! Everything was SMOOTH and couldn't have been better !!! We'll probably do it AGAIN !! and for sure we'll use CIELO Balloons !!

5.00We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Cielo Hot Air Balloon Ride. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and truly magical. As we gently lifted into the sky, the panoramic views of nature were simply breathtaking rolling landscapes, soft morning light, and the peaceful silence above it all. It felt like time slowed down, allowing us to fully take in the beauty of creation. More than just a ride, it was a humbling and spiritual experience. Being up there reminded me of the greatness of our one Creator, who designed such magnificent views for us to witness and appreciate. Every moment felt like a blessing. The crew was warm, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely safe and cared for throughout the journey. If you’re looking for an experience that combines adventure, peace, and awe-inspiring beauty, this is it. Highly, highly recommend truly a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5.00Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Kept us informed all the time as far as what was going on and what was happening next. My wife was nervous about going but they totally put her at ease quickly.

5.00We had a wonderful experience! The view was breath taking and our Pilot was the best! We did the 3/14/26 6am slot. The flight up and down, including landing was flawless. I would highly recommend!!

5.00I didn’t actually get to experience the hot air balloon excursion due to heavy winds, but the customer service around being updated about the conditions, possible cancellations, as well as rescheduling was top-tier. I look forward to trying to reschedule with this company in the future.

5.00Joe and his team were outstanding. Joe did great job of piloting and sharing insights into hot air ballooning. He also pointed out landmarks that we could see. He also had cupcakes and Champagne or Mimosas for us after we landed. It was one of the best things I have ever done and highly recommend Cielo Balloons in Temecula Valley.
