Our pilots have the most experience and are part of a professional racing team. Our equipment features the latest safety innovations including doors in the basket for ease of access. Our tours are educational and entertaining. Our shared basket sizes are based on the number of guests booked, party sizes, and passenger weights. We have 14 different balloons in our fleet, all different sizes. You can't fly a balloon too heavy or too light. Both conditions would be unsafe. We have 14 different balloons in our flight, all different sizes. The space per person is always the same. The largest compartment size we have carries up to 7 guests. Each basket will have either 1 compartment (open basket), 2 compartments, or 4 compartments (partitioned basket).

I went for the ride on 11/29 6 AM so it was a bit chilly in the morning at the site. It would be good to dress in layers, bring a hat and a pair of gloves. It is not that chilly when you are in the basket and up in the air. Otherwise, it was a good experience. The staff is very nice. Janet took a lot of pics. Phil, our pilot was informative and kept us entertained. Victoria drove us to and back from the site. She has a great sense of humor. All in all, a good experience.

Phil was a great pilot. Definitely knowledge of the history of the area. The ride was peaceful and gentle. I felt as if God carried us in his hand as we floated in the sky. Had a great experience. Would do it again.

I am still waiting for my photos that were taken by one of your contractors at the site. We paid over 200 dollars for pictures and have not received anything at this time. We were there on October 21st for my wife's birthday. Is there any way possible you can give me the contact info on this individual?
