We will visit the most representative places in the north of Tenerife.
Our first visit will be to the Teide National Park, home to the highest peak in Spain: the volcano El Teide. Here you can admire the impressive volcanic landscapes of Las Cañadas del Teide.
We will descend to Icod de los Vinos where we will have the opportunity to contemplate the famous Drago Milenario, believed to be more than 800 years old.
You will have free time to have lunch on your own or enjoy the Canarian gastronomy in one of the restaurants we recommend.
The next destination is Garachico. We will stroll through the streets of the old town and discover the natural pools of El Caletón, formed by lava flows, or the Castle of San Miguel, an ancient fortress that defended the town from pirate attacks.
Finally, we will enter the Teno Rural Park until we reach the hamlet of Masca, located between impressive valleys and ravines.

5.00Very nice tour where we could still broadly see the villages, Teide and Masca. We did the tour at the beginning of our holiday and highly recommended. Our bus driver Pedro was very experienced, not afraid for a moment. The guide Julian was pleasant, funny and has given good explanations and was very clear about the appointment moments during the disembarkation.

4.00A very nice day trip, great compliment of the pleasant travel companion with lots of interesting information and the chauffeur who had the winding roads fully under control. Definitely recommended!! What I didn't like was the restaurant. 2-3 buses arrived at the same time, the time available in the restaurant was limited. There was a longer Waiting time to serve food. Then we were asked a bit more insistently for cash payment (I am mostly without cash) The meat was so dry that I had to leave it standing. For all these visitors only 1 toilet per ladies/gentlemen (further longer waiting times). Pretty stress to arrive at the bus on time. Too bad, but otherwise everything really top!!

3.00Tejde National Park was well worth a visit, as was Masca. However, I would have liked more time in these places (we got 30 and 25 minutes respectively). The bus ride itself was terrible. The guide went on in Spanish, Russian (?) and knackered English. The grinding made your ears hurt. In Icod de los Vinos we got 50 min to eat lunch, and the guide took us to a cozy restaurant with mediocre food at ok price. Would still recommend another eatery, but the question is if you have time to eat in such a short time elsewhere. The bus driver was skilled and took the bus along steep serpentine roads. I do not regret the tour, but would recommend a tour with another tour operator, and maybe not to so many places in one day. Will be mostly time in the bus, unfortunately.

5.00Our experience was unbeatable: we are a group of 9 young people who decided to choose this activity on the recommendation of one of the tourist stalls located on the street where we were staying. Laura was our guide, lovely, friendly and funny, and Bernardo was our driver. We visited El Teide first, had free time to tour what we wanted and have a drink in the cafeteria; later we went to Garachico and Masca, among other charming villages, and had the opportunity to taste the "barraquito" in addition to other typical Canarian products. We ate in a guachinche and could see the Drago. In conclusion, our experience was a wonderful one... greeting Laura and Bernardo, who know that their salt shaker made our day even more pleasant!

1.00Disappointing experience – trip was cancelled at short notice, we were just left standing We had booked the excursion in advance and were on time at 7:45 am at the agreed pick-up point, as the confirmation said the pick-up should take place at 8:00 am. At 8:15 a.m. – after waiting for 30 minutes, completely ready and ready to go – we received a message via WhatsApp that the trip was not taking place because the pick-up point was supposedly not being reached that day. We have not been informed of this before, either by email or by telephone. We were simply left standing in the rain – literally and figuratively. The only response to our demand was: “Sorry, you can either ride on another day or get your money back.” No further accommodation, no apology on an equal footing, no help with an alternative for the day – even though our whole day was planned for this excursion. That's not how you deal with paying guests. Too bad – a very disappointing experience that spoiled our day. Absolutely not recommended.

5.00Fantastic tour - which I have been on before but on a jeep The jeep tours are mega expensive now so opted for air conditioned coach instead and im very happy I did. The company I booked through sorted out being picked up from my hotel ( very far from town). It did mean being picked up at 8am! Ulrika was super sweet and helpful. Think the kiosk was called Wow Excursions. They're based in Puerto Colon nestled between two cafes. The tour guide Laura was lovely and her and the driver Pedro were like a comedy double act The talk throughout the tour was very detailed. Slightly worrying knowing that all the volcanoes in tenerife are active, albeit small risk. We had plenty of stops along the way and saw some stunning sights. Pedro was super skilled navigating some treacherous windy and narrow mountain passes. My heart was in the throat most of the way haha. Happy I did this tour again
