The Teotihuacan hot-air balloon experience with cave breakfast and CDMX pickup was magical and smoothly organized. Pickup was punctual right out our hotel the driver was polite, and the overall logistics were stress-free. The sunrise flight over the pyramids was breathtaking, offering peaceful panoramic views, and the cave breakfast afterward was a unique and charming touch. Our guide, Ithamar, was friendly and attentive, consistently checking in to ensure everyone was comfortable. The only downside was the lack of an included guided tour of Teotihuacán itself which would have added valuable context and perfectly rounded out an already wonderful experience.

It was a fairly complete tour where we could learn about Mexican culture, especially Teotihuacan. Knowing the pyramids, seeing the sunrise in the balloon, knowing the crafts, the typical foods and drinks of the area was something supremely valuable and wonderful, because you really know and appreciate the culture. Ithamar’s accompaniment and knowledge was also great, it can solve any doubts you have, as can Karim, the driver. Super recommended! They were also very complimentary, friendly and pleasant.

Our guide, Ithamar, was very professional and gave us extra time to explore the areas of interest in more detail. He helped us with everything we asked and made the tour easier and more interesting. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Furthermore, our driver, Karim, was very professional and friendly.

A great experience, the sight of the pyramids and the mountains from the sky was worth every penny. The whole trip was very well organized. Ithamar was a great guide, kept everything on track and was a good conversationalist.

Itamar the guide is very amável polite patient. Take cash because it deserves it I did not have and the truth that left me sad that I could not leave anything for your Service that has been really very very good.
