Miguel the tour guide was fantastic! A wealth of information, entertaining and kept the tour moving along at a reasonable pace. You should be able to walk 6-8 kilometres (3-5 miles) and many sets of stairs, if you do this tour. However it is well worth it. The structures and history are fascinating. And while there are lots of vendors around there were no pressure tactics or stops where you were expected to buy. Great visit to a wonderful historical site.

It was a great experience. Ivan, our tour guide was so passionate and knowledgeable about the history of the pyramids. It was an amazing experience.

Rodolfo, our driver Roberto, and Isle were great! Rodolfo was extremely informative about Teotihuacán compared to others that I’ve tried on Viator. This wasn’t a simple tour that threw information at you, Rodolfo made this information easy to understand and was very funny. The bus that drove us was clean and refreshing and even had a restroom. The pick up areas can get a little confusing due to Mexico’s busy streets but they had a guide there to check your ticket and make sure you were in the right place. I liked that you were able to take snacks and drinks on the bus because Mexico traffic can get rough but that’s normal. I also very much enjoyed that this tour didn’t take up most of our day as we were still able to grab tacos after and roam Chapultepec Park. I would definitely book this tour again, I’ve never met any tour guide as knowledgeable and experienced as Rodolfo and with all of his degrees and certifications. And he can answer almost any question you have about this archeological site. Definitely dress comfortable in active clothing, a hat, and walking shoes because this can be tiring for some. And bring sunscreen! Even in December it gets warm. Overall, great experience.

An absolutely amazing experience visiting the Teotihuacan Pyramids! The tour was well organized, the site is breathtaking, and our guide Miguel made it even more special. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared fascinating history that truly brought the pyramids to life. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico!

Aside from being an expert on Meso-American cult religions, Miguel is a nice person and herbal medicine expert who literally cured my gastritis using an herbal medicine seed previously unbeknownst to me called Cardamomo. The effects are unbelievable. Thanks, Miguel!

I previously took a pyramid tour from another provider. A few days later I accompanied a friend on this tour. What a difference! This tour, led by Manuel was exceptional - head and shoulders better than the previous tour. His passion and knowledge were fantastic. Even though I had done a similar tour days before, touring with Manuel was a completely fresh and new. If you want to really learn about the pyramids, history and culture this is the tour for you! Really really great!

Wonderful tour with good tour guides. If your a senior, there is a lot of steep climbing up and down a pyramid, so be aware of that as a potential hazard.

My family and I had an amazing experience with our tour of Teotihuacán! Our tour guide, Rodolfo, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a very informative tour with lots of historical context that I’ve never heard anywhere else before. He is very passionate about the pre-Hispanic era in Mexico and shared that passion with us. With 3.5 hours spent at the site, we had plenty of time to walk around and see the important points of interest and take as many pictures as we wanted. Our bus driver, Jorge, also did a very good job and got us there and back safely and comfortably. I would not recommend if you have knee or mobility issues due to the numerous stairs, but otherwise it was a very enjoyable trip!
