  The people and the experience were something I will never forget. The best decision I made was travelling with Intro Travel! It made my first big trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Emma Johnson was an incredible leader — full of love and energy, super organised, and always approachable. She is exactly the kind of person you want guiding you as a first-time traveller. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  Absolutely amazing trip with a stacked itinerary and everything worked out nicely. I will remember it forever and the awesome memories too.   Worth every single second and worth every penny. The experience was incredible but what made it was our incredible leaders. Emma who was so supportive and was so involved with every member of the group. Also out Wich who was out Thai guide who was so informative of Thai culture. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone at any age I loved it so much

  Just finished the 12 day intro tour with Emma and Wich as our guides - we had the absolute best time, it was my first time doing any sort of trip solo but the experience was incredible. So well organised and we covered so much in the time we had and made memories that will last a lifetime. Emma made sure any worries were squashed and her energy made the entire group bond so well and make such strong friendships.   I completed the 18 day intro trip in Thailand and I genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough. There were such a range of activities and food options every day with free time to do your own exploring/relax. Charlie our tour leader and Amara our main local guide were exceptional, they kept us safe, well informed and most importantly had a good dance with us on the nights out! We did everything from temple exploring to beach days, and transport was made so easy even on the busy days. Really a trip of a lifetime made better by our leader/guide!

  Would definitely recommend a trip with intro! They have amazing group leaders (especially Julia and Alex) who organised everything for us. We could just sit back and enjoy our vacation without any troubles.

  The tour guides Julia and Alex were so welcoming and kind, it was lovely being in a group. The boat trips were so fun and it was good to learn about the culture.
