• Horrible communication, no service given, won't refund.

  It is hard to express how disappointed we are with this company and how heavily we would discourage people from booking with them. I've never written one star review in my life before this. First, 26 hours before our tour was supposed to occur (Tuesday 2/17) we received an email that it was cancelled since "there is no chance to see Northern Lights." They said they would offer a refund. That is all fine and good, except we later learned from another company that many tours went out on this night and people had success in seeing the lights. We asked if we could reschedule for the next day (Wednesday 2/18), and were told that they were fully booked. We asked about the following day, our last day in Tromso (Thursday 2/19) and were told they would get back to us. They sent very confusing responses in the meantime, enough to make us frustrated enough to book with another company on Wednesday who we had great success with. We requested that the refund they promised be processed instead, well within the window that they offer. After sending this email, we heard nothing. Then on Thursday 2/19 at 10am, with only 8 hours notice, they say that "our tour is booked" and is at 6pm. We responded and pointed to our cancellation and asked for the refund to be processed as promised. We haven't heard from them since. I've sent 5+ emails trying to work this out with the company prior to posting this. They took $450+ from us with no service given and not even the courtesy to respond to us. We will be pursing a refund through their servicer. 0/10, would not recommend.

  Excursions canceled! We found out at 7.30 p.m. the same day. Pick up scheduled at the hotel at 7pm. We haven't received a message. However, around 7.30 pm we were informed that the refund procedure had been started. To forget

  I can’t say enough good thing about our trip. Marcin our guide is so attentive. We go hot drinks food, food and bonfire to keep us warm. We declined extra clothing but it was prepared for us if we need it. We saw so many auroras and he took beautiful photos of our group. We enjoyed every minutes of our trip. I highly recommend his services. The forest, mountains landscape highlighted by the dancing auroras simmering in the sky and behind the mountains. I felt spiritually connected and my mouth was agasp, in awe at its wonder. The ice crystals covered the branches and trees were beautiful reflecting the dim lights. The skies were covered by multitudes of stars. Words cannot do justice to this nature’s wonder. This place feels so magical.

• Aurora tour from Tromso

  We had an incredible trip with Marcin who found us amazing Aurora displays despite cloudy skies in Tromso - he found several sites with clear skies and stopped frequently for us to watch and photograph. Marcin also took photos of us as a family, provided dinner and a bonfire and the use of a tripod. He did not stop looking for the best displays and we were out from 8.30pm to 1.30am! We would highly recommend this trip.

  I can highly recommend this guide, his experience and focus on the customer's needs stands out. Even though the weather was against us, he still ensured we saw the northern lights. He accomodated us to a better date when our original day showed a terrible weather forecast.

  We had a great trip with Marcin as our guide. He was very accommodating. He called us to change the day of the tour as the weather changed and this meant we got the best opportunity to see the Aurora. He gave us nice food and set up a campfire. He created a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this trip with Marcin.

  We had an amazing time! Our guide was friendly, funny and very enthusiastic about the northern lights. He helped us get amazing views and pictures, and cooked us a great meal with plenty of snacks. The length of the tour was dictated by us, so we were able to stay as long as we wanted. Definitely good value for money.

  Amazing tour, can’t recommend enough! Our guide was funny, kind and knowledgeable. Conversation was easy. We saw the northern lights throughout the night and they were stunning - our guide was proactive in taking pictures and offered before we even had to ask. He sent us the photos the same night. We had a lovely bonfire and camp stools to sit on. We were given delicious chicken soup which was freshly made by the guide that day, who was a chef before becoming a guide. We also had fruit, biscuits, bread, Norwegian cheese and cured reindeer sausage. We had delicious hot chocolate and lemon tea. The car we travelled in was new, spacious and clean. • A tour that doesn't live up to its price.

  We booked the Aurora night tour in a small group of 4. Our guide Charly was very friendly, but the car for the tour was much too small, so we sat like sardines pressed together in the car. For a tour of several hours this is an imposition. Both the name of the guide and the departure time have been corrected several times. Charly finally took us to a good place where we could see the aurora borealis well. However, there were neither warm anoraks to wear, nor snacks, nor fruit, nor photos taken by the guide, as stated in the description of the tour. Since the tour is not cheap compared to other providers, this is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. We feel ‘ripped off’ and would never book through this tour operator again.

  Our aurora borealis tour was a great experience, even though the weather wasn’t on our side. The sky was cloudy, and unfortunately, we barely saw the northern lights. However, the tour itself was well-organized, and our guide, Damian, was fantastic. Damian was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer our questions, both during the tour and even afterward—he responded to some of our queries two days later (related to local activities, restaurants and such) and also gave indications on how to chase the northern lights and what apps and webs to use, which was truly appreciated! His passion and dedication made the experience enjoyable despite the conditions. If you’re lucky with clear skies, I’m sure this tour would be incredible. Thank you, Damian, for your great guidance!
