In our way, driving from San Salvador to Suchitoto, we will stop at Ilopango Lake, this lake is a big volcanic caldera with a lot of history, here we can enjoy a relaxing boat ride and we will have the opportunity to appreciate part of the nature who lives in the lake. Then, we continue driving to the colonial town of Suchitoto, one of the most historic towns and known as the Cultural Capital of El Salvador because of the cobblestone routes, colonial houses and many traditions, as well important attractions such as: the waterfall (Los Tercios) and panoramic views of Suchitlán Lake

5.00Our tour guide, Gerson, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about El Salvador overall and the areas that we went to, was an excellent conversationalist in English, translated for us when talking to anyone we met, and knew a lot of great places to go so that we could have a great time. We really appreciate the tour! It was better than we could have imagined.

5.00After spending most my days hiking, spending a slower paced day at Suchitoto was nice! Drive isn’t too long, the boat ride was nice, the restaurant chosen for lunch had an insanely beautiful view! Wendy was our guide, and she gave us the background of everywhere we visited. The only downside- to NO fault of our guide or tour company- is that the main square in Suchitoto is under heavy construction. Hopefully they finish soon, I’m sure it’s going to look great!

4.00Get to know a city with virtually all its colonial architecture, one of the oldest in El Salvador is excellent, worth the main square being in works. The walk on Lake Ilopango is excellent even though the waters of the lake are not properly clean The guide/driver that caught me was Gerson which is excellent! The suggestion of the place is what to eat for lunch was excellent

5.00Lisbeth was an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable and engaging. The tour didn’t only start at the destination, but she shared a lot of knowledge on our way as well about the landmarks and areas we drove by. Tour was great and I felt like we saw everything and more. Would definitely book with EC Tours again :)

5.00This is our second trip to El Salvador where we book tours with EC. I had to go solo since my spouse was not feeling well. Gerson & Johnathan made my day amazing! Ensured that my day was full of history, sight seeing, adventure, & above kept a professional demeanor while still ensuring I had an amazing time. Suchitoto is full of history, and a must see for those who enjoy a historical place that endured the many facets of El Salvador sometimes sad history. The views are amazing as well as the food. El Tercio waterfalls is a magical place! Such a unique waterfall! The rock formations make this experience one unlike any other. Because my spouse did not attend, Gerson was kind enough to take me through a historical tour of San Salvador’s historic area. Gerson is extremely knowledgeable and made it a point of ensuring we visited ALL the sights I wanted to see! THANK YOU GENTLEMEN!! Until next time!!!

5.00Everything beautiful, the spectacular place! Salvador is one of our favorite destinations. From the beginning, we were always very well attended to, we were guided as our tour was going to be before traveling. In addition Wendy, our guide was wonderful; she explained everything very clear, clarified doubts, had a lot of patience and has too kind treatment towards people. Erick your partner and our driver, very kind. He also explained many interesting things! I really recommend this tour and it is 100% company. It is worth visiting El Salvador and requesting the tours offered by this company.

5.00The Tour was amazing! I thought that we were going to be with more people; however, it was me, my dad, Carlos the driver, and Wendy the guide. We really had a good time; she was very informative and knowledgeable about the history and all the questions we asked! I highly recommend this tour.
