  Our tour guide was pleasant, but he did not possess any special or unique knowledge of the city or its environs. Kind of felt like a Wikipedia tour. His tour was not very well organized and at one point in time, we ended our solo portion of the tour at Mummelsee ( a tourist trap), to find him napping in the car. Nice young man, but he seemed to be guiding as a bridge to something else rather than as a passion, and this was not an inexpensive tour.

  Very friendly and courteous service, four star Mood and the best ice cream within 10Km.it is not an understatement when I say it is the best restaurant in the area!!

• Great Day in Baden-Baden & Black Forest

  My family and I had the best day touring Baden-Baden & the Black Forest with Cesar. We started with a lovely introduction of the different parts of Baden-Baden. Cesar was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We then spent the afternoon exploring the Black Forest. We enjoyed wineries, adorable little towns, waterfalls, and the most beautiful views! Cesar kept the tour upbeat and fun.

  My guide was phenomenal. Knowledgeable and professional. Restaurant selection was excellent. Totally flexible.

  Cezar Sanduleac was our guide for this tour. He was not very informative and seemed to be a little upset with my husband and I because we explored Baden-Baden when we arrived and saw some of the sights that were on the tour. He also did not like the fact that we are an older couple (76 and 81) and I was recovering from pneumonia and could not climb up hills rapidly because of shortness of breath. He cut several activities down to not at all or drive by rather than stop and let us explore. Very disappointed with the entire tour, especially given the high price and length of tour. Cesar cut out over an hour of tour time and when I asked to go to a store to pick up something to eat the next morning, he drove out of the way, through a tunnel to near when he lived when we could have found something near the hotel.

  On September 12, heading for the toilet near the underground garage congress house I fell. A very nice couple, doctors helped me immediately, the lady put a band-aid on me above the eye where it was bleeding heavily. I'll go to the bathroom. There, too, the dear Lord gave me paper because it was quite bleeding. Thank you very much. I didn't really say thank you, and I'm concerned about that. I was in such a hurry, afraid to miss the bus. And since the dear guide from Baden-Baden, I don't know her name, the bus driver was called Michel took so good care of me. Her husband is a surgeon. She even sent him a photo of my head. I should have gone to the hospital, but I didn't want to. We then went to Neuweier Castle for a wine tasting and the lovely lady of the castle drove me to the doctor. It was so great too! I'd like to have him as a family doctor! I'm feeling a lot better now. Just a little scar as a souvenir. Unfortunately, I couldn't thank you properly. That's why I'm writing it to you. I'll never forget all these people. I put them all in my heart. Thank you very much

  We greatly enjoyed our tour of Baden-Baden and the Black Forest. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area and also very personable. The entire day was great.

  Martin was absolutely incredible! I would recommend this tour to everyone. He was very informative and customized the tour to fit our family. This was the best experience we had in Baden Baden. We were able to experience so many amazing places in one day without any stress.

  My family had a fabulous time. Our guide Martin was fantastic. He knew so much about the area and the beautiful sights. He was very informative and kept the kids engaged the entire 6 hours. I would highly recommend this tour.
