5.00As we had never been to Bergen, Merete was recommended to us as a great way to get introduced to the city. She was a delight! Her descriptions of not just the buildings but their history and evolution through the city’s past brought the history to life. While we’ve done other city tours, most were by guides relatively new to their areas. But as Merete is a long-time Bergen resident she has a depth of knowledge that’s hard to equal. The time we spent with her were some of our best hours in Bergen!
