  Wonderful tour, beautiful scenery and overviews. Laurent, our guide, was well informed, with nice details of history throughout the tour. Was polite and humorous. Monaco a bit rushed based on time limit, worth revisiting on its own. Overall well worth it.

  The guide is knowledgeable and friendly. I was surprised how often he dropped us off and told us to explore on our own and return to a pick up point. Often his instructions were a little too vague and some of the group got a bit lost. But I didn’t know what to expect. Pick up at the hotel was wonderful. I was surprised by the length of the tour. The normal end time is 7 pm. Our experience might have been a bit different than others, as the Cannes film festival and the Monte Carlo’s Grand Prix were both happening within a week.

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Wanderful Riviera with excelent guide

  We spent a wonderful, albeit very intense, day on the French Riviera. Our guide, Francis, was excellently prepared, told us a lot of interesting stories, showed us the most beautiful places, and is an excellent driver. We recommend exploring the French Riviera with Francis.

  This tour was exactly what I needed to get a sense of the best the French Riviera had to offer. Francis was the perfect tour guide...on time, friendly, knowledgeable, bilingual and attentive to all our guest needs. I would book again and request Francis for sure...Perfect Guide!!!

• Long day, but worth it....

  Long day, but worth it. Wish more time in Antibes. Lovely town. Water not provided. Like the small group experience. Guide excellent, historical knowledge, also places for lunch. Instructions clear on meeting place.

• Good tour to get a taste of everything but some stops are skipped

  Our guide skipped 3 short stops promised on the viator itinerary, and didn’t leave enough time (10 min actual vs 30 min promised) in Monaco stop. The whole reason I booked this tour is to reach the 3 hard to reach spots by public transportation but they are skipped due to poor time management. I think the tour’s time management can be improved. It’s fun visiting all 5 cities otherwise. Wish we could spend more time in the city exploring vs hearing the tour guide talk before and after the tour which takes around 20+ mins per stop. This time can be better spent given to us exploring the city instead. I think it would be better for me to go solo instead

  The content and length of this guided tour was perfect. There was 8 of us, 4 English speaking, 4 French speaking, in a very comfortable minibus, although I was in the back and at times it was hard to hear the commentary due to the air conditioning. The most disappointing aspect of this tour was that the tour was not completely in English. I booked an English speaking tour as that is what I speak, I spent time choosing this tour as it was advertised as an English speaking tour. Our guide alternated between French and English which sounded rushed as she had to say the same thing in 2 different languages whilst pointing out things to look at. At times, our guide seemed to be chatting to the French people, who seemed to be friends of the guide, whilst not doing the same with the English speakers. Another English speaking passenger and I mentioned this to one of the French speaking passenger, who spoke some English, and the passenger replied that we were in France so we needed to speak French, not a very nice thing to say! If anyone is looking for an English speaking tour, I would strongly advise that they check if the tour is going to be in English only, not a combination of 2 languages, as this took away some enjoyment from this trip. Disappointed 😞

  Francis was an excellent guide, super kind and friendly and ensured a pleasant trip. Fun and beautiful stops along the way. Can recommend if you want to see a lot in a day, it’s a jam packed adventure.

  Covered everything mentioned in the description. Sabine the driver was very informative and helpful. We felt the van was too small for a group of 8. We sat in the front and it was very confined
