The Bali Surf Class team is based on Kuta Beach, a beautiful area, that suits all surf levels and offers spectacular views along the coast from Kuta Beach to Canggu.

We truly enjoy what we do, sharing our love for the ocean, helping beginners to start and intermediate surfers improve their skills. We have over 10 years experience teaching surfing to people of all abilities; our instructors are qualified life savers.

Over the course of 2 hours, we'll have the chance to cover a lot, so your experience is exceptional! For the first 20 minutes, we'll go through some surf safety and theory that you should know. We'll continue with a few minutes of beach practicals, and then we will go straight into the water to start surfing! After 45 minutes of paddling, catching waves and (hopefully) standing, we'll head back to the beach for a quick break to drink some water and rest a little. Once you're ready, we'll head into the water for a further 45 minutes; round two of surfing! When we're done we'll pack up and return to the surf school all together! We are always happy to recommend the best times and dates for your lesson. Choosing the right tide conditions can make the difference between an average and an excellent first surfing experience; feel free to contact us for advice and recommendations for the best time for you. We'll provide everything you need, just bring your smile! N.B due to changes in the weather, the beach conditions can be changeable throughout the year, please note this is outside our control and we strive to do our best to make your experience excellent.

Had a great time with the lads, very patient and extremely positive despite it being our first ever surfing lesson. The weather on the day was a bit rainy but the guys made sure that had no impact and once in the water, who cared anyway ….. Despite our lack of skill the guys made sure we knew what we needed and after a few attempt’s we both managed to get up and ride a few waves. Another tourist joined us for his second day and said these guys were best in Bali and I’d have to agree

The guides were great. They seem to know what they are doing. We participated as a father with three kids aged 11, 14 and 18. Everyone had their own guide. The guides seems professional and we felt safe all the time. At the same time, they made sure every one got challenges due to their age, skills and interests. Will highly recommend them.

It was my first time surfing, my instructor Harman is very knowledgeable about the waters, gives clear instructions and always makes sure I am okay. The other instructors there are also very friendly and funny to chat with. Surfing may just be my next addiction 😁

Well they managed to get two 50 odd year olds who hadn’t surfed before up on a board! 😅 But also recommend for any level! Fantastic crew and great instructors, we highly recommend them!

They helped us chose a time when the waves were good for us, and was really helpful during the surfing session. After about 20-30 minutes we were able to catch most waves with some help.At the end of the session we were able to catch the waves by ourselves

We had a great morning. We had never surfed before and got good explanations, first on the beach and then in the water. Everyone got their own supervisor and that was necessary. Eventually everyone managed to stand up after some art and flying. Thanks for the good guidance, really great.
